Ye Chong is Chinese, but grew up in Japan and took classes with the Japanese Emperor. He is in the Japanese military, but is working undercover for the Chinese Communist Party. His assignment is to go to Hong Kong to undermine the Japanese activities in Hong Kong. He is to meet Osprey, using some code words. His code name is Autumn Cicada. When Ye Chong gets to Hong Kong, his code name has already been leaked to the Japanese. His mentor, Sail, and Osprey have already been killed. Ye Chong kills off one of the informants and made it look like he was protecting the general. Uncle He tries to get Mr. Chi to help be a leader in the Communist Party. Mr. Chi declines because he doesn't feel confident. While at the club Mr. Chi starts playing the piano and Ye Chong joins him in playing a duet. Miyamoto Cangye kills Uncle He, which convinces Mr. Chi to become the leader of the Hong Kong Underground Party No. 3 Liaison Staion.
