A revenge driven plot with no cliche!
The story follows our main lead attorney Kang Pil Joo, which goes on a revenge journey to bring down Executive Jung Mal Ran.He plans everything in detail with cautious planning. This characteristic will make you wanna watch more episodes.
The character built up is very good. The plot gets a little sketchy after episode 20. Then ending is played slowly to adjust each character's mood. You will get hyped up to episode 14 after that it's up to you to watch.
Anyway, I binge-watch this drama and am satisfied with a reasonable ending.
Trust me the direction and the soundtrack felt a little old and kinda boring. As this drama has no special OST to listen.
No rewatch for me.

decent start - perfect middle - disappointing end
I can best describe how I thought of Money Flower in exactly the same way a rollercoaster works. It starts decently with a vast amount of anticipation and makes me want to experience more. The middle is full of enjoyable action that really gets you hooked with the story. And then the end, where the adrenaline is no more and you're just waiting for the ride to end. Probably not the perfect analogy, but that's the only way I can describe Money Flower. Decent start, perfect middle, disappointing end. Also, while the Main Leads acting and chemistry with one another is perfect, some supporting actors weren't on their "A" game for this one. I won't point out any names as I don't want to be rude, but some of the acting was cringe. Thankfully they were only some supporting characters and not part of the true main story. The OST was pretty much perfection though. Camerawork/cinematography wasn't perfect but that is just nit-picking honestly.

Great Revenge Story
A drama filled to the brim with melodrama. Coming into this drama I thought it was going to be a paint by numbers show about revenge with a love story attached. Wrong. It's about complete and utter destruction of ones life for over 20 years just to achieve that sweet taste of cold revenge, and to be honest the love story is over before it really starts.A very strong performance from the leading actor Jang Hyuk (3rd drama I've seen from him) probably his coldest in terms of characters but I think he really embodied the role well and made me as a viewer go through all spectrum of emotions, which is a great sign of a powerful performance. The supporting characters were also great in either their help or hindrance to PJ's ultimate end game goal. I especially loved his relationship with Boo Cheon, they had a great love/ hate relationship throughout the whole piece.
I didn't think I would finish this as quickly as I did, its a bit of a soap opera at times but the ride is so compelling you forget about the ridiculous bits pretty quickly in my opinion. I 100% recommend this drama!

LOTS OF TWISTS AND TURNS
This is a very complicated and intense drama. It is mai. About a very wealthy family and their corporation. The family is so dysfunctional and evil it made for many mini dramas in the series. The family members are each trying to get control and will do anything including murder to get it. Stuck in the middle of everything is a naive daughter in law who didn’t get what was going on and an ex girlfriend who was very irritating in the story. I stayed up until 2 am two nights in a row as I had to know what happens next. Would have given this a 9 except for the last ten minutes which made me want to scream. Was this review helpful to you?
"Intriguing Twists and Masterful Strategies: A Deep Dive into a Riveting Revenge Drama"
This k-drama is a wild ride! It's full of suspense, twists, and complex characters. The story centers around revenge, family secrets, and the lengths people will go to for what they believe in.One of the things I loved most about this drama was the characters. They are all so well-developed and interesting, even the ones you love to hate. The main character, Pil Joo, is a genius strategist who is always a few steps ahead of everyone else. It's also interesting to see how the relationship between Mo Hyun and Boo Cheon develops as she starts to learn the truth.
The plot keeps you guessing until the very end. There are so many unexpected twists and turns that will keep you on the edge of your seat. The pacing is also perfect, with just the right amount of action and emotional moments.
If you're looking for a k-drama that will keep you entertained from start to finish, this is definitely one to check out. However, be prepared for some frustration with some of the character's decisions! Overall, it's a great watch and I highly recommend it.

Could be Potential
I'm watching it with high expectation to get solid plot and story. And I feel I get it only half of it.The main story it self is thorough and get the conclusion. However I don't know it is because of the PD or the writer, they put a lot of stress in the emotion or what, I need to fast forward 30s per scenes. I agree when I read also somewhere that it can be compressed to 16 episodes and remove very-very unnecessary scenes and sub stories.
Acting is no doubt, I think all actors and actress deliver well. But perhaps again with my first notes that the writing or the PD that not really give justice to the scene that I need to jump.
The role of the of Jang Kwook Han's mistress is really useless, I don't know why they can and turns out secretary Ahn and The Main Cook have some important thing to the story.
