Chanpen and Photsirin were a loving married couple and the envy of everyone. Klippaka, on the other hand, was dissatisfied with her married life; she was jealous and wanted to also be Photsirin's wife. She used black magic to lure Photsirin, and later became his mistress, or rather, his second wife.
