This is those few feel good movies that make you slightly smile and cry slightly too. You won't bawl your eyes out for this but you may laugh out loud sometimes. It sure does teach you a good lesson though. That you need to forgive and move on or you would miss out a lot in life. This is one of those movies that teach you that. Also in a plus point it's nice to see that Kim Go Eun has put on a little weight. It looks cute on her.
The addition off rap in to the story was pretty cool. A good twist from other stories. Won't say it was a super memorable story but a nice one nonetheless.

The story however was a bit floppy to say the least. They never provided the backstory of the father or even showed the mother in flashbacks, it would have helped set the mood.
Weirdly enough, knowing the lead guy was a jerk, I really hoped he won’t end up with the lead girl, she deserved someone innocent and kind. I don’t think he changed at all. The fights towards the end was confusing. Why though? The romance randomly happened at the end and they are married. At least he could’ve been given character development and time for romance to develop because I really didn’t understand was going on. They did have some chemistry tho.
The positives include the acting and the music. The lead guys rapping was good and the scenes where he rapped were probably my favourite. Also I managed to watch the whole movie despite it being so bad.
The film was over 2 hours long but it still didn’t seem to make use of that time to develop the characters.
Overall I suggest you pass on this. There are much better movies out there.

too long and boring
What does one think while going to a movie, that they might connect to the character for its pain and enjoy its happiest moments. And more of all to watch the favorite actor for 2hour is actually a joy. But this movie had me like when is it going to finish.. It was plainly BORING for me.Actually, it took the whole hometown and all the characters his father, teacher, friends, enemies, the girl he liked, and the girl that liked him, and hence it got all tangled up.
The movie is too long and the character is just fighting in the present. Half of the character's past is not shown so it's difficult to connect to them. The fights are not comical, but frustrating. It should have rather concentrated on a few characters than mess up with all.
The romance seemed a bit imposed. It was OK when it was one-sided showing the first crush feels but in the latter part it just came out of nowhere without any connection happening. The father-son story was also not developed well.
since I didn't enjoy the story I didn't like the acting as well, nobody moved me.
The only good thing I liked about the movie was the rapping of Hak Su
