Oldboy is a movie and it has action sequences however Black revenge is more of a drama and mainly revenge is achieved through publishing scandals.
Just if someone is interested in revenge genre , both are pretty decent to watch once.

Not only the screenwriter but also the theme is the same: a woman is seeking revenge against people in the media/entertainment industry who ruined her life. If you enjoy Black Scandal, you're going to love Black Revenge!

At that moment, she vows instead to take revenge on them, and Tokumichi, regretful that he could not help in the past, lends her his support as her partner in revenge.
