Good Lakorn, Raveet character potray a strong woman. Thaywa can't help to falling in love to this woman. He make any excuse to be with Raveet, even that revenge. Yes, it about revenge to help his sister but it seem just excuse only to be with Raveet.
Loved....
1) Chemistry! They both atract to each other. I not sure how many kiss in this lakorn... Thaywa really used any opportunity to kiss Raveet. And Raveet cant help to play along.
2) Raveet as strong woman. Breek up with Niman is nothing, she can move on easily. Smart and confident. Pring can't never be a winner even she stole Niman.
3) Family, Thaywa and Raveet have loving family. They support each other, respect their child opinion. Not just arrage marriage for their child like most of lakorn involve big company.
Hate...
1) Pring! She never grateful for what she have. Always want what Raveets. Not smart woman, the only thing she have her body. She used only that to get anything. What can I say, her mother thought that.
2) Da, she really unstable woman. she sick, I mean she mentally sick. She most fragile person. She can be manipulate easily. She can't be leave alone, she gonna suicide.
Summarized... Love this!

Let me just say first off. I LOVED THIS DRAMA BECAUSE OF THE REAL KISSES THAT WERE IN IT.

That being established:- I liked the lead characters, their strength and their realness. Raveet wavered sometimes but she did not let anyone push her around. I faulted her for letting Pring stay at her house. The level of cra cra in this drama though, I think I have seen worst but some of this one should have been nipped in the bud. I guess if it was then it wouldn't be a Lakorn. Little Ms Tawan was a joy . To be honest I skipped a lot of the side pairings an a lot of the conversation with Jane.

There should have been a little more time for Raveet's mother and father to look at reconciliation. And I must admit that I was looking for Raveet to be pregnant because they amount of times they were having fun, but the writers never put that in , her pregnancy could have added a little umph to it. There are some scenes that could have been omitted , I found after episode 15 it slowed down and there was a lot of unnecessary banter and appearances. This drama could have been over in 15 or 17 episodes. I skipped a lot. Overall good drama.

Jai Luang or Lying heart. It took me 2 days to finish this 26 episodes lakorn. The first 6 episodes were not too exciting. Those episodes were quite boring but then at episode 7 the drama itself gained spirit. Its twist did spark. The ML and FL were totally given the drama a superb acting???Also, even the the villainess herself-Pring gave her outstanding acting skills. I must say, this drama is a total package?
I recommend this lakorn to all drama lovers out there. PLEASE feel free to watch this drama it portrays real kiss( a bonus of course?). Furthermore, the Male Lead (ML) looks like a Korean artist who once played in a Korean drama entitled Only You?

Lying Heart is a good drama.. worth to watch although I fast forward some episodes in the middle (well it was more than 20 episodes, for sure there are some scenes that certainly can be cut and make this drama even better)

What I like about this drama :
1. Raveen, the main lead's character (the lady) is strong and smart. I like the way how she handle Pring (her cousin). She's not typical easy to manipulate character just like we usually found in Lakorn.
2. The little girl, Thaywa's daughetr, is so cute when she try to match making her daddy and her step mom
3. Good chemistry between two main lead
4. Real kiss spoiler. It's rare in Lakorn

What I don't like :
1. Da, the sister of male lead, have the unreasonable hatred toward Raveen. Even to the point she was asking her brother marry Raveen for revenge. Her character is so weak, she blames Raveen because she think her lover loves her and kill himself (what is she thinking of?)..  it's annoyed me watching her being so stupid and unreasonable.
2. Despite of patray as smart businessman, Thaywa, the male lead, is unreasonably follow her sister plan, doesn't investigate about the truth
3. Pring and her mom are so annoying but it's typical villain in lakorn.

I will give better score for this drama, if only the episodes not that long and Da character is not that unreasonably annoying

Great lakorn with great acting and lots of sweet moments. This sounds like a revenge drama, but it's so not. It's sweet and cute with enough intense spice to keep you interested. There's comedy too, so it's lighthearted and less serious. I liked this balance. It worked really well for me. Plus, the chemistry between the main leads, as well as Thaywa's younger sis and bf, were awesome. Raveet and Thaywa had perfect chemistry right from the flower shop. What do you need better than that?

The main male lead is taking revenge for his sister - only he's so very bad at it. So bad, he doesn't even bother. He fell in love a first sight and he stayed in love right until the very end. When she's not in front of him, sometimes he's be "I'll make you hurt, Raveet!" but then she comes in front of him and he's all sweet and charming and caring. Sometimes he's reminded of his revenge mission, but he forgets 2 seconds after. In fact, he gave up on that pretty soon. His priority was just to build a family with her.

The star of this show has to go to Tawan, though. She's the best wingman I've ever seen in a movie/ drama. Raveet had no chance against that father-daughter duo. She is so cute and smart and precocious! I wanted to reach in and hug her. She was an adorable daughter to two loving parents. The family moments were to die for. I wish there was more.

The insane award goes to Davika. I can't believe her family let her roam free and her bro indulged in her madness at the expense of his life and happiness. She should have been locked up in a mental ward. The actress who played this role deserves an award, she did a great, outstanding job. Da is a weak character who cared only for herself and makes stupid, baseless assumptions that drives the plot forward and gives the show its spice, so I don't actually dislike her. I loved when Raveet, Thaywa and Tawan were being a family in front of Da. It made me go "Ha! You bish! Raveet is more loved than you!" because Da was loved and indulged by her entire family but one guy kinda broke her heart, and she's ready to give it all up. Pathetic.

The other characters were lovely to watch. Except for 3 women in the show, everyone loved and respected Raveet, very unlike some lakorns where everyone hates the female lead and only the male lead protects her. Here, her father in law and sis in law all expect Thaywa to take extra special care of her just because. And when he drops the ball sometimes (because lakorn drama) they let him have it. I like an In-law family that loves the female lead unconditionally.

So, in essence, this was an awesome show with outstanding (for me) characterization and execution. Loved it to pieces! Id's rewatch again in the future. By the way, there were so many kisses and bed scenes, I got my romantic fix fed. Awesome!

I watched Jean Gaewalin before in her early "lakorn" called 'Mong Kut Ritsaya', which was a below-average show about some kind of reality-show beauty pageant, where she stood out with her elegant air, charm and grace. I remembered her so I looked forward to seeing her as a nang'ek in proper lakorn.

I'm only sad her rival here is Fang Pitchaya, as I love her and she was always a nang'ek material for me, not just nang'rai (though lakorn producers don't seem to agree with me). And it's apparently her last role, too.

And the pra'ek? Fluke Jira kinda does not give me the air of notorious playboy as his role here is supposed to be. He's the cute type, morelike. Nevertheless I like him with Gaewalin (kisses are not bad, thankfully:) He is a father of a little girl, too. For me, the child is important in the story. Because it's not just as carefree thing to get married only in name or for some kind of revenge plan, if a child's life is involved.

This has enough episodes for the whole thing to get dragged and diluted till the viewers don't care anymore. Then we of course have some "good ol' action kidnapping" to stir things up. I would LOVE to see lakorn that would not sink to this level, ONCE:) But looks like we cannot portray strong feelings until gun is involved. (That's how you recognize good romance: it can do WITHOUT anyone using as much as a knife... except at dinner table:)

When we get to actual closure of the revenge story, it's really close to the end. As for me, I always start to enjoy the drama better AFTER the characters confront each other about something the viewers already know. So, the dragged ones are not my cup of tea. Final epi brings yet another "kidnapping/shooting"... even TWICE in the row. Seriously, I feel like I should drop my rating to average 5.0. Tiresome. Oh, there's yet another real kiss. Alright! I give 5.5! LOL. The kiss scenes are like the ONLY re-watch value of this. I liked the couple, so I'll try 'Sapai Rod Saab'...

It’s in his kiss…

I highly enjoyed this series for several reasons:

1. Strong FL
2. Real kisses from ML (hot!)
3. Great supporting cast

I love Thai series that shows a strong FL who isn’t simpering or a doormat to the “evil” characters. This FL knows how to dish it out. I also loved the REAL kissing scenes from the ML which makes this a rewatch for me. There is a major misunderstanding and a surprise twist at the end I didn’t see coming…which is rare for me. I can usually figure out subplot early.

In summary, the ML is torn between his love for his sister and the FL which makes him do some idiotic things, but nothing irredeemable (which has happened in a few new series I’ve watched lately). I do highly recommend Lying Heart.

only on fast forward

i totally dont understand why ppl call the FL gorgeous, the entire cast is plain or even less - and the FL is just FORGETABLE. the ML is OK by acting and looks. but the plot is SOOO BOOOORING... like long meeting, long meditations, long everything, where nothing happens! revenge plot? it's hardly there! unless u call revenge marrying a rich handsome loving young man. even the fashion style is SO DULL. i wouldnt say this drama has got major flaws, it's more like a reahearsal for something REAL.
only watch it while googling for something more entertaining.

13 episodes deep and the show finally got better. It's your average lakorn, what can I say? It has your revenge, hate to love or love at first sight per say, the only plot twist of this one for me is the mental health, which was like not solved very well because that sister man, she really needed help. I adored the little girl but man I went from one episode to them being married and the girl calling her mom real quick like a whole 360 so that was wild. But the chemistry between the two mains were wonderful when there wasn't misunderstanding between the two and they made a wonderful family so that was cool too. This show is average, it's not the best and it's not the worst, it's worth watching to kill time and be a filler for the most part which is absolutely fine. I suggest watching it; everyone has their own opinions but I've watched so many lakorns where they don't really pop to me because it's all the same basically. But I mean, I liked the mains, I liked the kid, the story was average, you had your bad characters and your good ones.

Weak ML, weak FL, a lot of psychos

I really, really, really do NOT like weak, wimpy, stupid men and this lakorn is full of them! Let´s start with FL father who is dumb enough to be set up by some woman and looses his family. Let´s go on to the reason for this "revenge" thing: Prasin. That guy was engaged, cheated on his pregnant fiancee and because his feelings were trashed by the mistress he jumped off a building and killed himself. Then the FL boyfriend who happened to find himself in bed with FL sister - eyeroll. And let´s not forget the ML, who had nothing better to do than to get into bed with FL sister, too. Well, at least that woman got into a lot of beds in this lakorn.....
Now to the reason, why the ML married the FL: revenge. Why? Because his psycho sister was the finacee of that spineless wimp Prasin and she ordered her brother to hurt the FL (FL and Prasin were friends and instead of researching, WHO was her fiancees mistress she just assumed, that it was the FL). So the ML married the FL (you know, little sister ordered him, so he had to obey), fell in love with her but continued to think, that she was a bad woman (his words, not mine). So instead of locking his sister up in a mental hospital and really getting her the desperately needed treatment for her severe mental derangement, he enabled her to do more and more evil and prolonged her suffering.
But the deranged sister of the ML and the ML are not the only ones, who repeatedly harm or try to harm the FL. There is also FL "sister", her fathers mistress, her ex boyfriend and so on. Typical lakorn. I wanted to drop this so badly, but I really wanted to see the FL grow a spine, slap the psycho, the sister, the mistress, her father, the ML, leave them all behind and start a new life somewhere far away from all those stupid people but well, I did not get what I wanted. Yes, the FL speaks up for herself....wow.....but remains an angel till the end, not loosing her temper even once - not even, when she catches her husband kissing her sister and later, when she catches them in bed....nope, THIS was NOT even worth mentioning, she just forgot....I assume her saintly brain could not hold a thought for more than 5 minutes. Argh. The acting was mediocre at best. The script was laughable. Waste of time.

TL;DR - I came for the real kisses, and stayed for the decent plot and cute coupling of our main leads. The leads are one of the rare ones with both chemistry and synergy. The FL's parents are some of the best lakorn parents I've ever seen (esp the dad). A good one to watch.

I pretty much started watching this after hearing that this lakorn had real kiss scenes lol. Kisses in Thai lakorns tend to be really tame or non-existent (aka they use the camera angles to make it look like people are kissing) which is weird, considering how they have no problem explicitly showing violence (esp against women). I myself just wanted some nice kiss scenes to watch, so I dived right in and was not disappointed.

There were some issues I had with this lakorn that generally would have led me to rank this a bit lower. However, the things I liked about this series outweighed the bad and took me back to why I watch these in the first place, which is the romance.

This romance was probably one of the best I have seen in a long while. It did start with a love at first sight for the ML which I didn't mind, as it wasn't insta-love and the ML (Thaywa) actually took time to talk and flirt with Raveet before going all in. Both were very compatible with each other, and of course, I can't talk about this romance without mentioning the steamy kisses. I really appreciated that the FL did not seem uncomfortable or frozen when the ML went to kiss her and actually kissed him back; it just felt much more realistic and passionate. I wish Thai kisses were more like this. I didn't even really mind that Thaywa continuously broke his promises to Raveet because I knew he truly loved her (although that part where he thought she sold him out was pretty messed up, but he made up for it after). Both had good synergy and fire chemistry whenever they were together, and the relationship actually had stakes at hand that kept me interested. For me, this was done well enough that allowed me to ignore the more problematic stuff and drift off into the romance.

I do want to mention that I enjoyed the performance of both leads here, and loved how Raveet's character was written. A strong character that can talk back well, can stand up for herself and is not entirely a good person but has morals. I loved that she never backed down from the second FL and the villains, and never admitted to being wrong if she wasn't wrong. I also love Thaywa; while he did have mess ups, I just loved his confidence in courting Raveet and how he loved her even though he was supposed to take revenge on her. I mean, he told her that he wanted to be the owner of her smile forever and that made me awww so hard. I liked how he was able to banter with Raveet naturally, and how fleshed-out he was.

Out of all the secondary cast, my favourite were Raveet's parents. Her mom is such a classy lady and her Dad was surprisingly reasonable, level-headed and always on Raveet's side no matter what. They both matched together very well. The dad is so reasonable that I was kinda sus on why he stuck it with the mistress for so long, although that was explained pretty well. Visually and aura-wise, they were really compatible and I would've actually liked watching a storyline on how they got back together after all the drama.

Besides them, the rest of the cast were ok and served their purpose. I didn't like the villains obviously but the actors portrayed their roles very well and I liked how the lakorn didn't have a redemption arc for anyone; the villains were bad through and through (I wished they showed Pring getting punishment though instead of what she actually got in the drama). A special spotlight goes to the character Da; I didn't like her and she was very selfish and only thinking of herself for the majority of the show. However, there was something that happened that made me feel sorry for her and she did apologize for all the bs she caused. I wished they didn't have a romantic storyline for her, and instead focused on her gaining confidence and breaking out of her depression.

The storyline was good and the drama flowed pretty well. There was a twist that happened in the later episodes that I completely didn't foresee, so kudos to the production for that. I do have to comment on how the last episode seemed pretty rushed and somewhat illogical, although the resolution of the OTP romance was done well here so I'm not going to complain too much.

Overall, I really liked the OTP and their journey, and I'm pretty satisfied with what I watched. I'll likely re-watch some parts of the lakorn, but not the entire thing. If you were wondering if this was worth a watch, I'd 100% say yes and would wholeheartedly recommend.
