#1. The female lead was smart, tough, considerate but not so considerate she let people walk all over her like we see most "kind FML's" do in Lakorns. And I found her to be super beautiful in a unique way compared to other Lakorn actresses.
#2. The writing was good. The side characters were interesting and not too over the top like the majority of Lakorn side characters and I liked that as well.
#3. The "bad" guys were bad and did horrible stuff and we had the normal, jealous, spoiled, do-horrible-stuff-to-get-my-way characters, but they ended up differently than most Lakorns. I can forgive a LOT when watching a Lakorn because I know what to expect but one thing that rubs me the wrong way is how EASILY the bad guys get away with stuff and/or are forgiven like they didn't try to murder/rape/poison/whatever anyone in their path. I HATE how a ton of Lakorns play this off at the end. THIS drama didn't do that as badly as most and it was refreshing.
#4. The male lead is adorable and the acting across the board was pretty good!
#5. I really enjoyed the romance and the slower pace in this one. It felt real and beautiful and, aside from our ML's penchant for being "so good" that he did stupid self-sacrificing stuff, I felt the romance was perfect.
Need I say more?

By episode 3, I found this practically unwatchable and would have dropped the lakorn. The main actress was not super beautiful, also she was portraying a character who was kinda peculiar for a leading lady to say the least. I noticed this lakorn had actually one more nang'ek in it, portrayed by Prapye Ramida. Maybe not as "unique" as the batsh*t crazy lead, but definitely more pretty... I kept watching. This caused me to move past the rocky start and slowly come back to watching the main couple again, too. Thanwa was of course cute as always. Still, this dragged A LOT.
First kiss is episode 7. It's kinda half between fake and real (it's the stiff one:) Then it continued being half amusing, half annoying. Apart from the second couple, the side-characters did not interest me, and there was a large number of them (I kept confusing them). I waited and waited and waited when things would stop to drag. ....
By episode 10, I was so bored with everyone's antics including the main couple's. Not that the second couple was better. The girl ended up struck to the ground by the guy, just because she was too shy to tell him the cookies she kept bringing him were made by her and not by his childhood friend. Only a complete nitwit would do that to such pretty girl. Later it got better slowly but by then I have lost interest in that couple.
Around episode 13 things were still not better for the lead couple... If you tell the girl how happy you'll be if she'd date someone else, then you do deserve that she'll date someone else, lol. Plus, I found the family drama VERY tiring. It dominated though, romance was more or less secondary to it. Epi 14... only last 2 to go. I wondered whether I should finish this. I guessed it didn't really matter either way.
Epi 15 felt final and VERY long and I wished it at least be the last one. But no, there is yet one more episode in which pra'ek still says to nang'ek he feels only friendship for her. She needs to get engaged to somebody else first, leave abroad, cry on the sidewalk... I wanted to cry too, when I counted the total hours spent on this:)
This "drama" had 16 episodes meaning it was sixteen times I have given it a chance. I think my rating is generous still.

Ughhhh!
I literally just finished watching this, oh sorry scratch that I didn't finish because the last idk 30 mins of the show are nowhere to be found I watched the last 3 infuriating mins via an unsubbed video on YouTube. So let's begin, grab some popcorn!I'm gonna start off with the fact that the FL made some really strange and unexplained choices in this I prefer rando ideas to be explained especially when they make no sense whatsoever. Also the way she acted when she first got to Bangkok WTF? Ok, but she ended up being a good character in the end. The freaking Mary Sue ML self sacrificing bullshit son of a bitch though, can go step on a Lego or get attacked by a swarm of bees. Eff you and the horse you rode in on! I hated how he never put himself first and was portrayed as so perfect. You supposedly love this girl yet you continually side with her evil sister and you push her away in the most hurtful ways when you know she has feelings for you. Even going so far as marrying her sister to protect her because she is carrying another man's baby and after she tries to harm the woman you love for idk the millionth time you've finally had enough. I hope you die, you are self sacrificing to the point of making everyone around you miserable! The FL deserved better, the ML should've gotten over himself way before the last idk 15 mins of the show. I'm so mad. Honestly and why do people think he is so perfect he's not. You need to listen to BTS and Love yourself dude and stop being such a high and mighty pain in the ass to the woman you supposedly love but I doubt he does because if you love somebody you don't treat them like that.
I'm angry and I'm frustrated! They only kissed twice btw which is not satisfactory to me. I'm sad I wasted my time watching this and also wtf every English sub channel has the episodes all messed up I had to put google translate on and watch episode 10 in Vietnamese and this is after I realized I missed like 3 episodes because they were out of order I just thought they did a lot off screen . The revenge plots were to frequent and numerous and they added little to the show in the end. Best character was her perfect cousin and her aunt as they didn't completely suck and everything they said made a lot of sense. I hate the ML I really can't get over it. It's 5:40 am right now and I'm boiling with rage I can't sleep! So yeah I wouldn't start it'll leave you livid!
