A worldwide maestro, Nozomi Naruse, was boycotted by members of the orchestra during the concert and was dismissed in charge of its responsibility. And now he's stuck in a mountain hut. Occasionally, he visits the liquor store, but no one else comes to visit. He hasn't worked for more than a year. However, everything changes when he starts working at a local middle school.
