'Cause You're My Boy (2018)

Both are bls showing the suburbs, the poorer areas, not the glowy parts if the city. They are slice of life and the plot is pretty subdued at times. also both show conflicts with their parents and just a relationship naturally progressing.

SLs in "2gether" are MLs in "'Cause You're My Boy" and they also start as "exfriends/fake couple".................Very complicated at first then really cheesy afterward

Coming of age boys in school either discovering their sexuality or struggling with it and societies prejudices, family and romantic rejection, and social isolation. Through it, all the prejudices, rejection, and isolations that make your same gender love seem sickening, perverse, or dirty is what is the most beautiful and empowering between you and that other person.

Both are Boys Love series set in high school with very cute and sweet scenes and very charming leads.

One episode continuation of the main couple’s story. Other episodes in the series are BL couples from other series.

If you like the few BL scenes in Slam Dance and want to see Drake in a full on BL series, then give ‘Cause You’re My Boy a chance. Some argue that the story is bad and they are not wrong, but it’s still a fun watch!

Haters to lovers trope is at its finest in ‘Fish Upon the Sky’ where Pi believes Mork is is 'love rival' while remaining oblivious to the fact that Mork is in love with him.

In ‘'Cause you're my Boy’, Mork and Tee have a bad start which progressively becomes worse, leading to a fake relationship that ultimately culminates in love.

Both dramas are quite humorous and light.

Both series have a fun and light hearted approach to gay relationships. Both are worth the watch, although the character dynamics are completely different.

Both BL stories feature around two classmates whose relationship frequently fluctuates between being friends, enemies, and, eventually, lovers. They frequently stay over at each other's places under the guise/excuse of studying. And the dad of one of the leads in each knows more about their secret relationship than he lets on.

Similar themes of forbidden love with parental interference, hope, family life and school life interacting with personal life

did you enjoy reunited friends trying to get a grasp on their changing feelings for one another and stumbling as they did? then you'll enjoy i told the sunset about you as well. sunset is heavier and more emotional in tone so it is a rec for when you want to be put in your feelings.

Both series have young characters being awkward about sex and romantic life, almost the same type of comedy and tone, a cute romance that develops similarly. Although My Tee is better in every sense.

Both of these Thai BLs are more on the crass side of discussions about intimacy as the two male leads start looking at relationships and sexuality.
