Super awesome beginning

I am one of those people who don’t care a bit about first episodes but this pilot was really great! It makes you understand the drama mood, the main leads characters, the situations and the genres; in short: very explicit.

This is a type of drama I would like since it has action, crime, investigation and even the great Japanese sense of humor that I love; I mean those funny situations that comes out of nowhere even during dangerous situations like his mother calling him, or when they were quarreling about the food: Extremely entertaining. Not to forget that Shun, Hiro and Yuriko are the main leads.

The story itself seems interesting, it kind of remind me of the Taiwanese drama “Black and White” since there are two different types of cops teaming up together against a dangerous gang but the comparison stops there because everything else is dissimilar.

One last note, the gang that Junno belongs to couldn’t choose another icon? I mean what’s with the insect as the group’s mark?

Ok, I'm hooked... (*spoiler warning*)

Ok, I started watching this because I just finished MARS and needed something lighter and fast-paced.. And I think I found it! I was actually surprised at how funny the episode started as.. There's a lot of action and it keeps you hooked.. So far I like the lead actors, they make a great team... But what really got me was halfway through the episode when the "bad guy" comes on-screen and I'm like "OMFG that's Narimiya Hiroki" WHuuuuuut?!? I was enjoying the intense bad-boy smexiness and BAM he shoots himself in the head... He can't dramatically reappear from THAT in a later episode! He's freaking GONE! :'( What were the writers thinking... O_o Aside from my disappointment of Hiroki's short-lived screen-time, I cannot wait to see if the girl (haven't memorized her name yet) gets her memory back. BTW, is anybody else feeling the spark of romance between the girl and the "American" cop... I'm definitely! XD I'm definitely watching the next episode! :)
