SBS has released special trailers for its K-dramas releasing in 2025. 

On December 23, the South Korean broadcasting channel SBS has released special trailers giving a glimpse of its highly anticipated K-dramas set to premiere in 2025. The lineup features titles such as Treasure Island, The Mantis, I'm Human from Today and more. 

First up is Treasure Island, starring Park Hyung Sik and Heo Joon Ho.

Set to air in February 2025, Treasure Island follows the story of a man who hacks into a secret political slush fund account holding 2 trillion won and a broker who, unaware of the hacking, kills the man — only to lose the entire 2 trillion won. However, the hacker comes back alive, with all his memories lost. The K-drama stars Park Hyung Sik and Heo Joon Ho in lead roles. Watch the trailer here

Then there is Jang Dong Yoon and Go Hyun Jung's The Mantis. 

Scheduled to air sometime in 2025, The Mantis  (directed by Byun Young Joowritten by Lee Young Jong) tells the story of a woman imprisoned as a serial killer. When someone starts imitating her crime style, she offers to help the police catch the culprit on the condition that her son be made in charge of the case. The K-drama stars Go Hyun Jung as Jung Yi Shin, the imprisoned serial killer, and Jang Dong Yoon as her son Cha Soo Yeol. Watch the trailer here.

Another much-anticipated SBS drama is I'm Human from Today, starring Kim Hye Yoon and Lomon

I'm Human from Today tells the story of a peculiar gumiho — who, unlike the typical ones, avoids becoming human at all costs to enjoy all the fun things life has to offer — and a narcissistic soccer star who crosses paths with her. 

Kim Hye Yoon plays the role of Eun Ho, a rich MZ gumiho who enjoys her unchanging youth and beauty, never matures, takes no responsibility for anything, and only enjoys the fun parts of the human world. Check out the trailer here

SBS also has the sports drama Try: We Become Miracles lined up for 2025 release. 

Try: We Become Miracles, which tells the story of Joo Ga Ram (Yoon Kye Sang), a disgraced rugby player who fell from grace due to doping, returning as the coach of a high school's rugby team. The series portrays the inspiring journey of troublemaker Joo Ga Ram and the lowest-ranked rugby team of Hanyang Physical Education High School as they work toward winning the national championship. This sports drama explores themes of growth, perseverance, and teamwork. Apart from Yoon Kye Sang, the K-drama also stars Im Se Mi, Kim Yo Han, Park Jung Yeon, and more. Watch the trailer here

The SBS 2025 K-drama lineup also includes Our Movie, starring Namkoong MinJeon Yeo BeenSeo Hyun WooLee Seol; historical fantasy drama Return to the Palace, starring Yook Sung JaeBonaKim Ji Hoon; and Spring of the Four Seasons, starring Lee Seung HyubPark Ji HuJo Han Chul, and Seo Hye Won.
