In season 4, the format of the competition has changed to team battles between chefs. Each week, three chefs form a team and create a dish for the celebrity. The show now has a dedicated room for the teams to work out a plan, a room specifically used for the cook-off, and the familiar room in which guests are introduced and show what is in their fridge.
