The male leads of both dramas suffer from Prosopagnosia, a face blindness condition. They try all ways to recognize people in their own ways, but they get help from their secretaries. The stories are totally different but they are both enjoyable, full of humour and great romance.

From the sypnosis, sounds like The Secret Life of My Secretary is similar to What's Wrong with Secretary Kim.

Both have bosses that fall in love with their secretaries. Both have secretaries that is a long time trusted worker for the boss and they are the only ones who knows what the boss likes.

Galhee is really similar to kyoko, she's tiny, cute, hardworking, and crazy/hot tempered? yet she's still sweet and innocent... Dominic is better than Ren though, he's cuter, while Ren keeps getting angry (in the manga ;p )

They are both different from other romcoms. The male leads seem cold yet they are sweet.. and the female leads are sweet and hardworking yet they are more...

Veekij is a stoic young CEO with prosopagnosia or "face blindness," meaning he cannot distinguish people's faces. For this reason, he decides to hire an assistant to help connect him with the rest of the world. Mirin becomes the girl responsible for that. Will his condition be cured?

They don't have unnecessary love triangle. Both leads had loveline. This drama also had same light and sweet vibe. Both drama had unique characters too.

It is very similar and has a similar plot. I think if you enjoyed either you should watch the other.
