I don't want to spoil, but this gives me a lot of "I'm glad to be alive" feels. :)
Both are about special need person who are the main of the story... Innocent witness is all about a crime and the witness, while in inseparable bros is about family and how they end up supporting and happy with each other.
Both include characters that have a disability and contains a sporting element. Inseparable Bros , however, focuses on the close relationship of two non biologically related characters and does not include romance.
