In Family We Trust (2018)

both have characters whose family members are found guilty and those characters try to find the real culprit.
they are both dark series with a lot of family issues.
both have characters that are defending their own family members.
very similar plots.
both are murder mystery series.

Both deal with the strength of the family bond in Asian society. Seven Sundays is not as tragic but the theme is similar.

Both of these dramas are about a rich (and dysfunctional) family who is torn apart by the sudden death of one of the members. The family members begin to weave a web of deceit as they try to cover up their crimes while also trying to incriminate each other.

Both are about a family dealing with the loss of a patriarch/matriarch and the secrets that come out after their death. Lued Khon Kon Jang is more of a murder mystery involving a large family while All Is Well is more of dramedy about a dysfunctional family. Both touch on the preferential treatment of male siblings over female.

Both drama deal with the fallout of a murder by fellow family member and the path to reconciliation.

walking in circles to find out the truth behind a crime committed between a group of rich people and almost everyone is a suspect.
the same vibe, beside IFWT the murder was in the family itself.
And ofcourse The Player is much much darker

In Family We Trust is similar to The Kinnaree Conspiracy :
-Criminal drama
-Investigation story
-Supense

Both are very well made lakorns revolving around big families...the atmosphere is very different but both are enjoyable.

Please note that these two dramas arent from the same country and these are all I remember from in family we trust

IFWT is technically more superior for sure but like IFWT , FFKD has HEART. Both stories are more geared toward family and brothers especially are the main plot in both the shows and if I'm going to be honest, the male leads in both shows are so gorgeous. There's also a very essential crime plot even though IFWT crime aspect is more nuanced and FFKD is more dramatic melodrama. Both drama are total tear-jerkers.

If you like this show, I recommend watching this series. Rich family, scandal, and a murder. Personally, I prefer the plot of In Family We Trust.
