CAST/ACTING: Quite good. In fact, it's about a guy who wants to be an actor. He's quite good.

REWATCH VALUE: I'll watch it again sometime when I'm on a Strongberry BL binge.
OVERALL: Another entry from Strongberry. I do like their work and this is a nice piece with a happy ending. Always happy to support their work.

The story was very light hearted and so adorable?? I only wish it was longer :(
For sure watch it, I can't recommend it enough.
The acting was really good, the story was immersive, the music fit nicely and it had a bit of comedy that wasn't overdone. I found myself laughing and smiling a lot throughout the 20 minutes, I'll most likely be watching it again in the future.
Overall I rated it a 9/10. If it was longer, it would most definitely be the first thing I've ever rated 10/10.

I am not particularly fond of the whole falling in love with your bully/tormentor storylines. But we don't really have the whole story here. Just the 19 minutes of this short. How do Moo Yeong and Han Bit know each other? How does Moo Yeong know Han Bit so well? Did they grow up together? Did they got to school together (not just college)? Are they exes with a bad break up (is that why Han Bit is so mean to Moo Yeong because he isn't over him, is that why he looks so thunderstruck every time Moo Yeong says he loves Han Bit)? Park Hyun Joon (Moo Yeong) is an amazing actor. When I watched the opening scene it didn't seem so, but then as it progressed I was just more and more surprised by him. He is amazingly talented. I hope he gets more roles and meatier parts.
Kim Hyun Joon (Han Bit) is good too. He was so cute in the final scene when he was finally not bullying him anymore. I loved drunk rehearsal scene. His face in that scene is so expressive.
This is such a nice short. Light, Fluffy, Feel-good, Happy-Ending. <3

The acting was quite decent and natural and the main leads did have a chemistry which we could see even when the movie is this short. The directing was also very good, I especially loved the last scene!~
''My Pistachio'' is the perfect short movie to lift your mood, especially for BL dramas enthusiasts. We need more sweet movies like this, honestly!

The Soju that opened the shell...
This short film is truly just like a pistachio,Small- Short
Hard at first: Shell
But once the shell is opened you find a delicious (hard) nut... At first I wanted to say that it the inside is more of a softie but actually it is pretty straight forward so I guess Pistachio it is...
The Main characters do a pretty good job with the little they have, the side characters could use some more acting classes. But overall this was an enjoyable short film, not very deep but it is sweet and I guess also a bit encouraging as well.
It may also be a Soju commercial, as the soju seems to be the perfect way to crack open a pistachio. But hey doesn't everybody need some soju to break thrue their shell?

Příběh, kdy mladší tajně miluje staršího ze školy a prostřednictvím dramatického kroužku k němu "promlouvá" mě zaujal, ale ne tak, jak možná některé jiné diváky zaujme. Vnímal jsem kraťas jako více hraný, jaksi mě v duchu odrazovalo to, že hlavní hrdina je už skutečně na školáka "starý", nicméně vše mírně nadprůměrné a v hodnocení vyrovnané.

PISTACHIO
The plot isn’t grand or very dramatic. It’s a short (20 minute) story wid a school crush. It revolves around the main characters, Moo Young and Han Bit. Han Bit is the director of a short, one man play called ‘My Love’ for their drama club. Moo Young, his junior, applies to be a part of the club with the hopes of being the lead in the play, however the lead actor was already chosen. Moo Young still feels drawn to the main character of the play and alters the script on his own to emulate his own feelings, to which Han Bit disapproves of at first. Still, Moo Young hopes to have the main role if he could, while running errands for the group. Unbeknownst to everyone in the drama club, MooYoung also hides the fact that he harbors feelings for Han Bit.Fun fact – both of the main characters are named Hyun Joon in real life!

Não lembro muita coisa que aconteceu, até porque não foi um curta marcante, na realidade, metade do curta eu fiquei confuso. Provavelmente, se não fosse um curta — uma minissérie —, talvez fosse menos confuso — para mim — e mais desenvolvido em si.Mas assim, em uma tarde de tédio, sem nada para ver, serve, mesmo que seja curto, e nem tudo aquilo. Mas dá para ver, para rir, ocupar espaço. Eu recomendaria para alguém? Não, mas eu a pararia e diria que nem vale a pena? Também não. É apenas mais um curta.
