Season 2 is the continuation with the setting in the business world after Season 1 played in the school setting.
It also deals with a lot of social/gender issues and has the same style.
The cast is different but once again consists of female leads that support and comfort each other. Gives off the same vibes than the first Season.

Both of these shows are miniseries about personal issues that teens face. They both deal with pretty intense topic for the theme and they both deal with them perfectly. The main character is slightly naive and she has a strong group of friends, plus a super supportive boyfriend. I would say 17.3 deals more about sex and It’s Okay deals with more feminist issues.

The shows have a similar vibe, exploring the experiences and worries of the characters and focusing on some similar things. They also both feel very honest and deal with sensitive and tough issues.

The three girls in It's Okay To Be Sensitive repeatedly reminded me of the Belle Epoque girls, and the way that It's Okay To Be Sensitive portrayed relying on friends as an important part of dealing with difficult issues was very similar to Age of Youth.

Third installment in the series. It's has more mature, darker themes and leaves some questions unanswered.

Both are short korean mini dramas that also discuss more serious topics/social problems and kind of teach the viewers to stick up for themselves. Both have romantic and comedic elements as well. The overall tone feels similar. The screenwriter is the same too.

Both brought similar issue though in a different way. While It's Okay To Be Sensitive took the university and youth background as the setting, Kim Ji Young: Born 1982 focused on the causes of main lead's depression, which is also deeply related to gender equality.
