Fluffy, pure romances with little extraneous drama. The leads have great chemistry in both. When you're looking for a sweet romance, these fit the bill.

Same FL and the overall story is quite similar. An employee and her boss as the OTP a 2ML which gets a cold shoulder. Though I like the main couple chemistry in Love is Sweet more, Lucky's First Love has better plotlines for the side couples and I found the supporting actors more loveable than in LIS.

Both dramas give off a similar feeling. There's also an identity misunderstanding in both. Light romance dramas and they are easy to watch.

Male lead was very dominant and wanted to handle every problem that arose bussiness- wise on there own. They wanted the female stay in the in the perfect state of oblivion and both female leads wanted to be more involved and have a partnership role not a leader sub role. Of course our glamorous time deals with the fashion industry and Lucky’s First Love is game Industry. Both dramas a cute and great on romance.

The two shows seem really different on the surface in terms of plot, character occupations, cast, etc. But where they’re really similar (and also very similar to Yanxi Palace for that matter) is that in all of them you can trust the female lead’s intelligence and ability to not be a damsel or a Mary Sue. Though they all have different vibes, they’re similar in the fact that you never want to yell at the screen “are you an idiot?!?” to the female lead because they’re written to be smart, acted as intelligent and strong, and never lost integral parts of their early characterization for the sake of getting tropes to happen. None of the writers ever use the female characters in any out of character way that makes you go “well. Dramaland i guess but also what?!?! Why!!? They would never do that!” they’re all internally consistent which is so reassuring as a viewer because you can be sure that they’re not going to make things worse for themselves because the writer couldn’t figure out what to do.

Similar dynamic between the main leads. The main male character is the boss, the main female lead is a subordinate. They have real trust between them, and when they finally get together, they don't break up.
Lucky's First Love is maybe a bit more light-hearted, but Refresh Man is also quite light.

1. Workplace Romance:
Lucky's First Love: The story revolves around a workplace setting where the female lead, Xing Yun, works for the male lead, Xia Ke, who is her boss. Their professional relationship gradually develops into a romantic one.
My Little Happiness: Similarly, the female lead, Cong Rong, returns to China to work as a legal intern, and she ends up working with the male lead, Wen Shaoqing, who is a doctor. Their work environments frequently intersect, creating opportunities for their relationship to grow.
2. Strong Female Leads:
Lucky's First Love: Xing Yun is depicted as a strong, independent, and capable woman who is determined to succeed in her career, even if it means facing challenges in a male-dominated environment.
My Little Happiness: Cong Rong is also a determined and ambitious woman. She hides her decision to pursue law from her mother and works hard to establish herself in her chosen field.
3. Light-hearted and Sweet Romance:
Both dramas are known for their light-hearted, sweet, and fluffy romance. There’s a strong focus on the slow-building relationship between the leads, filled with cute and endearing moments.
