Both drama has wife that work as cop and the husband is trying to hide their crimes from their wife. Flower of evil is more focus on serial killer while my fellow citizen touch on con artist and politic issue. Flower of evil os more dark and serious compared to my fellow citizen which have more humourous vibe.

Same Writer with Male Lead characters with similar professions: The two are swindlers with a knack to impersonate everyone and everything they set their minds to. Both FL are civil servants too (In MFC, she is a cop and in 38TF she is a member of Tax Collection Bureau)

Sometimes, Yang Jang Kook reminds me a lot of Yang Jeong Do.

They are both comedies where the ML is a conman. In both shows you really need to turn off your brain sometimes to accept the ridiculous situations, but they are entertaining and enjoyable to watch if you don't take them too seriously.
Also, both dramas have an amazing cast and work so well because of them. I particularly enjoyed both their villains.

Switch is about a conman realizing he's a doppelganger of a prosecutor and ending up taking his role to catch the bad guys. This drama has a break-neck pace and it's really entertaining. Sadly, while it does great with comedy, it has very weak emotional scenes. Switch has some minimal romance elements but nothing gets developed much.

My Fellow Citizens is about a conman unknowingly marrying a detective and somehow finding himself taking part in the elections to become an Assemblyman. This drama is less ridiculous than Switch, but I found it also a tiny bit more boring. It does work better in the emotional department though and provides some very moving scenes.

Both are light politics dramas with some really good laugh-out-loud comedy. They are both fun if you don’t like serious and heavy politics.
All About My Romance is... well ... about romance, and My Fellow Citizens has little only.

Plot: A con artist unknowingly marries a police officer and gets roped into a political scam, forced to run for office by a crime boss.

it’s similar: It mixes comedy with action and suspense, and the protagonist's double life adds a similar "family drama meets action" twist. The comedic tone and tension of leading a double life make it close in spirit to Family: The Unbreakable Bond.

- candidate with no previous political experience gets voted in and learns about politics on the job
- comedic portrayal of politics
- main leads both really like/want money lol
- strong female leads

In both dramas the mainlead is a Conman who becomes the brave citizen due to misunderstanding and he continues to do good deed because of that.

they both have a great comedy with a cute "bromance", and both male leads share the same sense of humor (that's my style)...

the main element for both dramas is the ml running for national assembly and in some ways both are about "faking a great show" to appeal to the public.

both are about characters running for congress and both are kinda big fat liars that end up being supported becasue of their brutal honesty xD also both are comedies though An Honest Candidate is more of a "fantasy"

Both ML are con artists
MFC is way much more fun! If you like dramas with con artists, MFC is true hidden germ, worthy to enjoy and laugh a lot :o)

I won't say these 2 drama plots are similar only at some point & working skills also ML / FL are similar.

Both ML are good at their skills (TD - Special Force Soldier,Taxi Driver / MFC - Con Artist,Assemblyman)

Both FL are fiery Law makers (TD - Prosecutor / MFC - Detective)

Both teams gets revenge or does the job well (Field work as well as computer technology)

Both dramas have the same boss for the team.

Both dramas have a Lady Gangster Boss for their support at some point.

a recommendation isn't just about similarities, though I feel like both drama share the same sense of humor, it's funny but not overboard.. both also have 2 strong female leads and a "bad" lead that becomes a "hero" against their will
