Use for My Talent (2021)

It is kind of similar as both male leads have mysophobia and both have cleaning companies also. The female leads are kind of poor. This is the similarity I found

Both MLs are rich and have trauma, FLs are their poorer employees.

Both are office romances between the boss ML and the employee FL. Both FLs are special in some way to the ML (regarded as a good luck charm because of their name vs. being the one person who doesn't trigger the ML's phobia). Both dramas have likeable side couples and a similar feel.

Both male have mysophobia. Both dramas also have healing with love type of vibe. And both dramas are lighthearted and have a fun youthful romance!

in use for my talent it is that he is a germaphobic (mysophobia) and in I'm not a robot, he is allergic to humans.
The girls become a type of cure to the guys because of love
both have a similar vibe.

Both series are about office romance and a boss and employee relationship. Both ML are a nice boss and the both FL are cute. The stories are not complicated, but just light hearted as well

Same cute adorable socially clueless character as ML as well as actor in the role. Both have an illness that adds angsty dimensions. Both dramas have the FL and ML working together. FL is even a cleaner in both dramas at some point in time. Most importantly both dramas have a similar look and feel. Colour palettes and light romance sprinkled with bit is external trials.

The ML goes though a mental illness.
The FL is trying to help cure his illness, while they fall in love.

I recommend this both drama because , Male lead and Female lead
try to solve problem
In one drama explosion and another student murder/suicide

-both FLs suffer from some pain, FL in hello Mr gu being debt, and the FL in use my talent is her mother's death

both are based around a man with OCD who creates a product and company to help him with his illness. until he meets a woman who he is comfortable being around and who helps him deal with some of his issues which begins his road to recovery. also, His family doesn't believe he has OCD in the beginning but they slowly begin to understand him and his illness.
