i really will cherish this show. it's a literal superhero story and satirical and it's so pure even if there are parts about everyone that aren't or are more morally grey. this show shows you that the good guys will always be ahead of you.
i can easily forgive so many strange plot devices or how absolutely ridiculous something can be if i just had the time of my life. there are flaws both creatively and technically, but the show is a beautiful breath of fresh air. and these are some of the best female characters i've seen in a show like this. i fell in love with everyone (even the evil ones or at least i knew their purpose...)
it's pretty progressive and has good social messages too and it's basically a 16 hour show about taking down baddies with your best friends and your cool teacher from HS that changed your life. the love and respect these characters share is incredible. i will have fond memories. if you like quirky stuff and love having fun with a fun interesting plot i RECOMMEND THIS!

I.N.C.R.E.D.I.B.L.E
How can I start reviewing this drama? The main reason I am here was because of Kim Dong Wook and Kim Kyung Nam, my two princes so, this journey was worth it. Their characters are beyond funny and heart-touching. Seriously, loved them so much!I didn't know that labor inspectors exist, yep, I'm quite dumb. They seem to have power and if you are not a good person then It can be dangerous. Fortunately, our male lead was righteous but, this quality was his tomb. All his problems were because of it even his relationship with his wife. I definitely love every single character of this show.
As for the OST..It's the most amazing I have ever listened to. Every song was according to the scenes. I remember myself waiting for their release so bad. Anyway, what I enjoyed the most about this show is the strong bond between our male lead and his students, in addition to that, I must say I loved how his wife was becoming close to him as time went by and how they've got those tiny winnings at the end of the episodes.
Please, give it a try. Pretty sure You're going to enjoy it as much as I did.
I will miss my oppas.
Cheers!
Mabe

I’ve been missing this kind of dramas since “The Fiery Priest”, like how the good side would make allies to defeat the opponent. And “Special Labor Inspector Mr. Jo” didn’t disappoint me one bit! There’s just a little part of the ending storyline that I wished could’ve been more relieving for me, like: Woo Do Hwa getting married to the prosecutor, Kim Ji Ran. But overall, even the ending, was brilliant! The casts were awesome and there are also some parts I found really funny, especially Ms.Oh’s expressions hahaha. The music, especially the ones played for every part Cheon Deok Gu and Ko Mal Sook was in was very soothing for me to hear: Will Be by Park Se Young. To conclude, this drama would be the one to watch if you really need some laugh-out-loud, some emotional, and some really cool scenes. If I could give more than a 10 for the ratings, I would give this drama a 100! Was this review helpful to you?
The music was not memorable for me except the ending song that will play in mind for a day or two.
I will definitely rewatch this show .it brought me the same feelings as when I watched secret (2013)
In conclusion I have no words to explain the awesomeness of this show. Just watch it .Also kudos to everyone who made the, show possible your hard work was not unnoticed.

The drama overall was good. There were some parts of it that were predictable. Others were boring. But, they mixed the action scenes with the comedy and the drama well. I also liked the secondary romance that was cute. And the relationships that were formed between the characters, were well presented and overall strong.
Finally, the performances from all actors and actresses were great.
So, seven out of ten for special labor inspector Jo.

Before I get into my review, while getting hooked on these Korean dramas I noticed something that always leave me scratching my head. Why do these dramas blur out knives if it's being used but they don't blur out the guns?? I will never get it.OK, now that I've been wanting to ask that question in all of the dramas that contain action out of the way, it's now time for my review.
There are some familiar faces in this drama that I recognized which is why I eagerly wanted to watch but the main character who I'm not familiar with really stole the show.
I love action and will watch anything that has different types of fighting styles but in my assessment of fighting styles I never seen a drama that had judo in it. I'm not familiar with judo but I guess this form of fighting involves a 'take down' and the main actor did a lot of take downs. It was a meh for me but it still worked. Everybody had some fighting skills that had me squealing like a kid. I don't know why I'm like this but I am. I even liked all of the females in this both good and bad. I will say one female had me quickly reaching for the volume button. I wonder how many takes she had to do and if she was hoarse afterwards! Oy!
I don't know how Korea does it but the casting choices that was made for this series did a phenomenal job. Every episode just kept getting better and better. I even was surprised at the last episode! I was expecting a let down but was truly surprised that it ended the way it did.
They even had a funny part derived from a movie and it's sequel The Kingsman & The Kingsman Golden Circle that had me laughing hard.
I stated that I normally don't rewatch any of the Korean dramas I've watched but I caved and watched Fiery Priest twice. This one could go on my list of a rewatch as well. I love dramas like this and hope to find more like it in the future.

Hillarious, lovable & darling cast of characters makes this show a must-watch!
Oh, Special Labor Inspector Jo , where do i start? This is one of the funniest, most charming shows i've watched next to Chief Kim. It is obviously a satire filled to the brim with humour, so obviously don't go into it expecting anything else, but it does point a light at the irrationalities of the labour department, and how the people who protect others labour laws, are breaking every single one themselves. Overtime, pressure from above, etc etc. It is filled with heartwarming stories, heartwrenching stories and down right gutwrenching humour. And it is all made possible due to the extremely fun filled cast of characters making it possible.
After all, the story isn't new, but the characters are so damn charming that i don't mind at all.
Let's start with Special Labor Inspector Jo , Jo Jin Gap otherwise known as Jo Jang Poong. This character, with his obnoxiously lovely laugh, infuriating (for our villains) tenacity and downright hillarious personality, made the show great. He became a labour inspector late in life, after being fired from his job as a P.E teacher. He was on the national judo team, and is ridiculously strong, and left an impression on all the people around him, from students, to schoolmates, to collauges, to clients to passerbyes. His eccentric character made me, and our whole cast fall in love.
And about the rest of our cast, i won't spoil them completely
First and foremost you've got the idiot trio, and our main boi's (basically) adopted kids. They are a private eye, mainly dealing in affairs and low-lives. The CEO, Chun Deok Goo won my heart with his goofy smile and even more goofy personality. And his romance (i won't spoil) is adorable. Baek Won Man and Oh Dae Ri did not dissapoint either and are as lovable as can be.
Next, the labour inspection office. Every character, eves the token a**hole were hillarious, and played by veteran actors who know how to be funny and idiotic at the same time. I loved every scene with them.
The love interests (one pr. guy btw, no love triangles here) were cute. Though one was fleshed out a lot more, all three ladies did really well, and were the type of badass, not-damsel ladies i like.
And then we have our villains. Oh how i love our villains. There are some small-fry bosses to start, and they do really really well ;) then comes our main bosses. First boss is a cute mofo, who really should take some lessons in respecting women, second boss is a nasty lady with the perfect soccer-mom vibe and our third villain, is a seriously messed up guy, who just got funnier and funnier as our main characters closed in. The last boss, and the main antagonist has a really sad story and a reason for doing the things they're doing, and i think they had a fitting conclusion.
But let's not forget our support cast. Every damn character left a mark, and were reused at prime oppurtunities, and became memorable, lovable members of the family group chat :)
The music, scenetography, everything was great and added to the experience! :D
TLDR: Watch the damn show people! <3
