Baby & I (2008)

This movie is great! I enjoyed the story line, which is both funny and also a little sad at times. I really didn't expect the ending AT ALL, but I feel it was a nice twist.



The only thing I didn't like, and this is a matter of opinion, is the fact that the baby had a voice-over. Yes, it added more humor to the movie overall, but I think if the funny voiceover was left out, some scenes would've been much more impacting. Again, this is just my opinion and preference.



Overall, I loved it and I'm actually thinking of rewatching it soon since it's been a while.. :)



I would DEFINITELY recommend this movie to any and all!

I liked this movie, however I don't think it's as good as some of other reviews suggest.
The storyline is well written, but I found it a bit too simple as if it was written by somebody intent on playing it safe. I felt like this storyline was lacking something, although I can't put my finger on what. I didn't really like the turnaround near the end and felt like they should have taken the storyline in a different direction. Although I did like the ending and I thought it was quite sweet.

The acting was reasonable, although some of Jang Geun Suk's pretend crying really bugged me. That's my only complaint on the acting.

The music wasn't anything special, I can't really remember anything about it, good or bad.

As for rewatch value, this film is light hearted and fun while subtly giving across a good message. I feel like you can watch this film again and again even though it is predicable, you'll still crack a smile and points and be left with a warmed heart.

One big thing that bugged me about this film was the baby's voice. I felt that the film could have done without it. It striked me as an attempt to be funny, that wasn't actually funny. It just annoyed me. That's why I'm giving this a lower score than most other reviewers. It's a good film, just not my favourite.

I watched this only because my friend had lent me this movie DVD. But I didn't regret watching this AT ALL. I LOVE EVERY MOMENT OF IT !

I LOOOVVEEEE the story ! Although it's a little unique story but It's really great ! It's funny, lovely, cute, sweet, also has sad moments. Just perfect in a every way ! To think that you only spend 2 hours on something like this, I think this REALLY WORTH WATCH !

I think Jang Geun Seok play the dad role really well ! Sometimes scary, sometimes nice, sometimes funny. I love his acting !
And I also love Song Ha Yoon. She's really cute and adorable. Also nice and funny. What a perfect couple !

Music goes well with the movie so I think it's great.

I WOULD LOVE TO REWATCH THIS ! Seriously ! Spend 2 hours to watch this is a brilliant idea !

Overall I REALLY REALLY ENJOY my time watching this movie and I hope everyone would watch this too !

The story for this movie is amazing. There are always so many movies and TV shows about teen mothers, so seeing one actually being about a teen father for once is fantastic and a much needed change. The only reason I had to dock a point and score the story as 9 is because of the last 15-20 minutes. It felt incredibly rushed and absolutely unnecessary. Really killed the movie for me that was, up until that point, perfect.

Jang Geun Suk was awesome in his role as the teenager who suddenly has to take care of a kid he never wanted. I was originally hesitant to watch this movie because I wasn't a fan of 'You're Beautiful' at all, but I'm glad that I watched this anyway.

Moon Mason was absolutely adorable. Park Myung Soo as his voice was equally amazing.

The music was enjoyable. Thinking about it now, nothing sticks out, but I remember enjoying it while I was watching.

Whether or not I'd rewatch this, I'm still unsure about. If I did, I'd have to just go up until the last 20 minutes or so and then stop, but what fun is that when watching something? I loved the comedic parts of this movie though. There were a few times I was laughing so hard that I ended up in tears.

Overall, I enjoyed it. I went into this expecting comedy at the beginning and that abruptly turning into a romance story in the middle. I was, fortunately, incorrect. As much as I loved that though, I could only give this a 6.

This movie is among my top favortie movies. I love the story of the movie even though it is not very original the way it was presented in this movie really made it stand out. Why do I love this movie so much? Maybe its because Jang Geun Seok was in it. Well it is one reason but overall the movie is awesome and is even better to watch because you get to see the mad acting skills of Jang Geun Seok and the adorable Moon Mason.How can one resist watching a movie with these two handsome actors? I do not like to rewatch movies that are not action or comedy so that is why I gave it a 1 for rewatch value this is just the way I think but I think most people would love to see this movie again. I am good with watching once and keeping it in my memory and heart forever!!!
