Finally, I strongly recommend everyone to spare 20 minutes to watch this as its only fault is being so short; It will make you crave for more.

Rewatch value definitely 10. I rewatched it immediately and most likely I’ll go back to it every now and then. Such a simple and sweet story and the way it came full circle. I really liked that a lot. The chemistry was definitely there, the flow was very natural. Loved it. So many movies are ruined by lack of chemistry. They seemed comfortable with each other.
I wanna complain that it was too short. But then maybe this was just the perfect length. :) I hope to find more gems like this one.

Cast:
Really handsome guys, acting felt natural and not awkward at all
Music:
Nothing that stands out too much, but nonetheless very fitting
Rewatch:
Sure, I really liked the movie, and its a great "palate cleanser" after some heavier dramas. It makes you warm and fuzzy ^^

A MUST WATCH
One of a kind, the storyline and actors portayed their role very well.As usual Korean BL never fail to disappointment me.
I have watched it many times and still love the chemistry of the two leads. I crave to see more of them in the movie, but then it only took for 19 minutes. T(crying)T
I’ve seen a lot of Korean BL and so far this is far behind of those. Honest opinion, I just love how the story begun and ended. The twist at end the story will scream you like… OMG!!! They both like and fell in love to each other and I’m in the middle of the night and looks like a crazy human. Ahaha
Anyways, I hope to see more of this kind of series.
I would totally say, that this is a masterpiece and super duper highly recommended.
P.S.
The guy is soo freakin’ hot… LOL.

Short and sweet!
A delight to watch! Very much an innocent young love.I liked the camera work; it felt personal and well paired with the story. The only scene I felt a little taken out of the story by the camerawork was one where one main char and his two friends were sitting on some steps together and his friends had to turn away from the camera to face him. I ended up trying to peek around the edge of my screen to catch the friend's facial expressions (unfortunately that's not how screens work).
The acting felt real. The tension, the lingering looks and touches, the comfortable friendships, and the main character's restrained disappointment in one interview scene - really the main character was very good in general.
The script made sense, which sounds like a minimum requirement but it's actually somewhat rare and hugely appreciated. I believed everything that happened on screen; at the very end there was a liiiiiittle bit of invented drama when one character could have easily said, and was motivated to say, something to prevent it, and then the character experiencing the drama seemed a bit like he overreacted. However! I have forgotten how scary young love is (I'm in my mid-twenties, my only love is my bathtub), so maybe the reaction was reasonable. Still. The hardship was unnecessary. The other main character could & should have just spoken up.
The editing was tight. I didn't feel like there was a wasted moment.
I would have loved more dancing scenes, but I'm biased.
I would say it's pretty light fare: I do not think I learned anything from watching this, nor did I change as a person. I do not think that detracts from the quality of the work! But if that's what you're looking for, maybe you might feel more emboldened to confess your feelings next time you have a crush (not a bad outcome!).
-------------
Potential spoilers below:
I especially like that they include an apparently bi main character (from the translation I found). I think that kind of makes me a little braver about guys who have mentioned having crushes on women in the past. There's still a (small) chance!

Too short but sweet
This short film is such a sweet dose of cotton candy fluff...As we see Mr introverted reporter learn how to dance from mr extrovert and bubbly dancer... And oh how much fun they have in less than 20 minutes we get to see this beautiful connection, gorgeous moments and a whole lot of awkwardness without secondhand embarrassment as these two leads interact in the sweetest possible way...
The leads are just the sweetest ever, but Mr Introverted reporter has 1 questionable friend and one friend who is as sweet as Mr. Dancer lead so most of the characters are lovable and mr annoying has like 30 seconds of screen time and is probably just there to show prejudice against male dancers... These 19 minutes offer more drama than one would think would fit in a short period of time considering most of the time is taken by sweetness but it is most definitely present making this both interesting and sweet...
I would defiantly recommend this to all who are in need of pic me up dose of sugar and fluff. And would love to see more of these two...

On March 24, 2022, I played the short again with sk subtitles and I definitely have to increase the value of the picture. Such a little gem, actually a PEARL, not a pure romance for a below-average 3.8 - but for me it's straight up a ten, wonderful including the fact that the ending is "finally" as it is. Beautifully played.

Kind of pure and realistic
Another great Korean short film.Normally I don't like short films, but this is the second Korean one which I can highly recommend.
And what I love the most, it tells a whole story, no cut off or unsolved .
Introduction, climax, conclusion. Simply and completed.
The actors are maybe not recognizable, but they create believable characters. And I could feel the tense between the main characters, their glance at each other, the touch, quite genuine and exciting.
The setting is very realistic and puristic. I also liked the cinematography and the lighting mood. The whole package suits the story.
This isn't a waste of time, it's just 19 minutes long and I was very satisfied with the storytelling and the pace.

Short and Sweet!!
It has literally anything you could want in a romance packed in 20 minutes, and yet it doesn't feel rushed at all! I don't know if it was intentional, but it felt like watching a dance performance in itself. I was giddy the whole time watching them get closer. The only thing it really lacks is a good soundtrack, but with the music they do use, it gets the job done. The biggest plus on this one is the rewatch value. I could probably watch this multiple times and never get bored of it.

sweet dance themed short movie
Overall: a lovely 20 minute university romance/slice of life short movie. Watch on GagaOOLala https://www.gagaoolala.com/en/videos/1215/step-for-you-2018 Vimeo https://vimeo.com/ondemand/step/312886165 or as a Strongberry YouTube Member. What I Liked
- clear premise
- the friends
- realistic and sweet moments
- production value
Room For Improvement
- a character had time to respond but was silent
- the very ending scene I think was after the events but they could have made it a bit more clear where it was in the timeline
