The story revolves around the sudden disappearance of our sun. An event that would be problematic under any circumstance, but more so in a futuristic world that relies on solar power entirely. This cataclysmic event causes chaos everywhere, not in the least because humanity is left without its main source of power while at the same time the Earth is slowly cooling off. An amateur astronomer and his neighbor set out to find one of the world's leading scientists, hoping he can give them some pointers on how to survive this sudden doom scenario.

Story -
This movie is such a rollercoaster from a phycological thriller to (minimal) romance and betrayal . Everything stays true the scientific facts and is very much believable in those circumstances [Amazing writing] , NTM Very less CGI . Anyone who is a sucker for Astronomy will absolutely love this , with abundant breathtaking shots and scenes surrounding the whole movie . Hence making it one of the best direction in a movie .( Hands down one of the best chemistry T.T )

Acting -
Acting is on point and is as good as the top class movies of this generation, every emotion is beautifully portrayed and so much depth that as you look in the eyes of the actors and you can feel the realism, feel the goosebumps of the sun disappearance, feelings as this planet turns from a warm human society to extinct cold dwarf, there is so much depth to every character that it brings out, again one of the best acting in a movie.

Music -
The music is in contrast with every scene ,bringing more out the acting ,story ,everything. Leading the way to make this movie to be on of the greatest, the music is absolutely the definition of perfect.

You don’t need the high budget Or CGI to make a masterpiece as good as this, props to wen ren.
