The film consists of five segments speculating the future of Taiwan in 2028. "The Can of Anido” - reflects the fractured psyche of an aboriginal man living in Orchid Island, he experiences traumatic visions of nuclear waste barrels washing up on the island’s shores as a storm looms. "942” - in a dystopian future, a Taiwanese nurse working in Indonesia suffers repeated sexual assaults. "Way Home" - a young man named Dong Yang traipses about with his group of delinquent friends, unwilling to move to Taipei for work. "A Making of" - opens on the set of a dumpling commercial, a client wants to recreate a Lunar New Year family reunion, but there's one problem: due to Taiwan's extremely low birth rate, they can’t find a baby to round out an idyllic family. "The Sleep" - a woman named Irene undergoes a sleep therapy using a strange machine. Soon, reality starts blending with her nightmares. Edit Translation
