Killer and Healer (2021)

Similar form of bromance, two people with different opinions of life coming together for the common good

Killer and Healer is about two polar opposites, the chief of police Jiang Yue Lou and the doctor Chen Yu Zhi. They met under difficult circumstances during Republic of China era. They will help each other to get rid of the mafia and the opium in Jinging City and will become soulmates in the process.
I completely fall in love with this drama and with the beautiful love story between Jian Yue Lou and Chen Yu Zhi. Like our Guardian couple, Yue Lou and Yu Zhi relationship in Killer and Healer is realistic, lovely, healthy, well-balanced and mature.
If you like the Guardian you will definitely love this one!

Though this is not a fantasy drans, Two close friends uncovering a serues of mystery is similar to that of WOH

Okay im obsessed with YoGa and im obsessed with both Killer and Healer Bromance'.
Both male leads are forced into really messed up situations and are basically antiheros. Killer Healer has a gripping, tearjerker , emotional storyline just like Devil Judge. I mean just stunning visually too, and memorable.

Both have The same Bromance between the male leads
it's stronger and more apparent in Killer and Healer
also Both have detective cases they both partner up to solve
Both are in Republican era and have the same gangster's stories
the same Police corruption
the same dangerous fight scenes with the mob
the stories are different in details and in tone
My roommate is a detective is a lot lighter and brighter than Killer and Healer which is a lot darker and heavier but both are the same in so many aspects

With the trailer being recently released, it reminded me a lot of one of my favorite dramas, Killer and Healer (2021)
- Period piece (K&H takes place in Chinese Republican era)
- Both take place in China
- Similar relationship dynamic, one of them gets hurt while the other is the one who heals them and provides them solace
As of now, i know nothing about this drama and won't be tuning in BUT do know that Killer and Healer is censored gay romance as it is from China!

If you enjoyed Killer & Healer, you’ll really enjoy Winter Begonia! Down to the details: I felt K&H had a more beautiful cast, but hands down, Huang Xiaoming was soooo handsome in WB, & the production was 10/10! Costume and scenery was impeccable. The relationship between the two main characters was much more vivid in K&H. Both really great dramas and cheers to China for pushing the boundaries on these BL dramas!

Killer and Healer has a very similar vibe to S.C.I. Mystery. The two main characters have a yin and yang type relationship. Good and evil, but able to get along to the point that they work well together.
They both have one character that is a cop while the other is in a different field. The bromance is strong in both dramas.

Both feature characters from different profession but developed a camaraderie after finding out they have the same goal. Great chemistry of main leads, both have BL undertones/censored bromance. The only difference is that one is a happy ending and the other is a tragic one.

Both of them are Republican era dramas ,, Both have amazing Bromance or Brotherhood relationship ,, Both have the same painful stories of this era fighting the corruption ,, a lot of killing and action scenes in both dramas
Both you will feel how strong relationships can be formed without having it to be blood related or romantic aspects
I loved Both dramas so much

Both have strong Bromance
Both are rebublican era drama
Both have war against Japanese
Both have lots of Angst

So, I know the story lines are different obviously but the bromance between Tor and Ice Paris will hit you as hard. Especially the ending.

Male leads with opposite characteristics that complement each other.
Both shows have great chemistry between the male leads as well as being able to show a soft and gentle friendship that is more romance than bromance.
The acting choices feel a bit similar too.
Good storylines that are intriguing and related to politics, murder and corruption.
Great set designs and costumes.
'Till Death Tear Us Apart' has more interesting side characters but a shorter run time (and is better appreciated after watching 'Love is More Than a Word').
The storyline of 'Killer And Healer' is more fleshed out while being a bit more common.

Same republican era drama with same setting and conflicts between the male leads
the friendship is the main story in killer and healer of course not the romance

I recommend this both drama because , Male lead and Female lead
try to solve problem
In one drama explosion and another student murder/suicide
