Similar setting of a larger than life female lead, given a punishment to deal with humans.

Both have a strong supernatural element, although I would say HDL focuses more on the afterlife. MPUB has potential to touch more on the theme as the series progresses.

Similar ‘human or story of the week’ style to the episodes with an over arching plot across the series.

HDL has more of a cemented romantic plot whilst MPUB focuses more on the trio. However both have a family theme.

Both the leads of their respected dramas are doing the work of dealing with other worldly beings by removing them from the human world. While one helps spirits and their loved ones resolve grudges to pass over the other removes mystical creatures from the human world. What they have in common is they are both placed in this position because of rules they have broken or wrong they have done in the past.

-Both leads are hundreds of years old
-Both dramas deal with the topic of reincarnation
-Both dramas have humans that are connected to or have supernatural powers

When I think about ghosts and mystic things, the first drama that comes to my mind is A Korean Odyssey. Both of them deals with a strong female lead and mystical events with funny scenes and great characters.

not really similar in terms of concepts and settings, but both deal with addressing mental health and various social issues and healing from past traumas. mystic pop up does not have romance as a main genre and is more comedic and family friendly than its okay, but both are similar in terms of over arching themes and the feeling of healing they left me with.

There are differences but the similarity i find is the concept of ghost and how these ghost are walking around their family members who are alive. Also there are side stories in both that is, the stories of some ghost, how did they die, why they haven't reincarnated etc. and our main character helping them out .
Also i find out that both main characters are given specific missions to complete , if failed they will reincarnate .
Both dramas basically shows life after death situations.

Mystic Pop-Up Bar tells the story of a mysterious outdoor drinking establishment run by a prickly woman and an innocent part-timer who visit customers in their dreams to help resolve their problems.
-The drama is written by the same writer.
-It focuses on the ghosts and what happened to them.
-It focuses on the past of the leads in the drama.

Kinda remind the vibe same as Mystic Popup Bar since it's a supernatural genre for both. Some part in the mystic popup bar does fight the evil spirit too. Futhermore, they work in a team.

both have the same concept, the main is stuck in the human world until they meet a set number of comforted humans so they could resolve their issues

Similar fantasy world.. like the fantasy world has advanced from then on! The rules also seem somewhat similar.

While the plots of these dramas are very different, Kill Me, Heal Me (2015) features pre-Mystic Pop-Up Bar (2020) Hwang Jung Eum and Choi Won Young.

Both feature a female lead who is very dramatic and over the top and a little bit silly.
Both feature a male lead who is just your average good-hearted dude who happens to have a special magical power that can help the female lead do her job.
Both feature the idea of the mystical world just beyond what most people can see and are about helping people.
Both have serious moments among lighthearted levity.
