These two TBS dramas are definitely cousins!
Both are slice-of-life dramas that address the modern malaise of trying to find your place in a world where you don't quite fit in, all while navigating the ups and downs of love and life.
In both dramas, the female lead is a quirky young woman who often over-thinks and over-analyzes situations, which sometimes puts her at odds with other characters/society. Unsatisfied with her career, she decides to make a major life change early in the drama. Both are “everyone has their own story” kind of dramas where even the most minor character is important.

I'm connecting it to the story in general. there was a scene in Honey and Clover where the male lead leaves everything behind and gets on his bike with no destination, and in Nagi no Oitoma the female lead also does that. both also had that same drive, they wanted to get away from their lives and start fresh even for a little while
1. Both are wholesome healing slice of life dramas
2. Story centered around a soft female lead who decides to take charge of her own life and to become a bit stronger
3. Different characters come together and ignite change in each other
4. Both are based in a small town rather than city-life
5. Two male leads after the same girl, one of which dated her for a long time but later breaks up (not a spoiler)
Although the ending of both is quite different and Camellia Blooms has a minor mystery/thriller touch to it too
