Two twin sisters are the princesses of an ancient kingdom. The older sister sacrifices a lot of citizens and she's very evil with no mercy. The ship goddess statue had fallen on top of the older sister preventing her from reincarnating. This was her karma, she had to be a sea ghost watching over the kingdom's treasure that had fallen into the deep sea. Hundreds of years later, the prince and the younger twin are reborn.
