In both dramas both the female leads are writers. They both travel from modern time back to historical period. The romance of Tiger and Rose is really good!! The story actually makes sense and more believable.
Both MLs are chronically ill. Both FLs become pregnant by the ML, then end up trapped in the palace by the emperor who is obsessively in love with them.
Both dramas start in the present time and the heroine travels to the past. She falls in love with the main character and after many vicissitudes she manages to return to her own time. So, both are similar in the main story line.
