I finally finished watching this drama. At first I didn't want to see this drama because of all the negative comments left but I went on to watch it and I really liked it. People say the ending is very bad I truthful think that the ending was good you just have to come up what you think will happen in the future. I would recommend this drama to those who loved dream high and you're beautiful because this drama has a combination of both in it. It's full of love and it well make you laugh! Enjoy it because I did.

The story was good, but why the frick do shows have to end like that sometimes. Shows that good should get a proper ending. The only reason I gave this show a bad review is because the ending. The acting/cast were all pretty good, but I've noticed in my foreign shows ( I say foreign because I'm american) the kiss scenes are hella cringe worthy. The music was really good though I wish they had more songs though. I wouldn't rewatch though that ending was just too upsetting for me. Overall it's an ok show that ending though???? so oof.

Rushed ending and lots of unanswered questions.

The ending was rushed and left a lot of unanswered questions which lowered my enjoyment of the series. The overall premise was good and I was enjoying the journey but it feels like we're missing the final act of a play. Character motivations were not clear in the majority of cases and I was hoping these loose ends would be tied up by the end, which they were not.

This was the first k-drama I've even seen so my opinion may be biased! This drama gives strong 2000s vibes. Its a typical gender bender drama but it's not extraordinary. I enjoyed the side characters but I wished the main had more scenes together. I wouldn't start this drama expecting something amazing, but instead I would watch this to start a quirky love story. Also fair warning! This drama never got a season 2 so it ends on a cliffhanger. I recommend this drama if you enjoy gender benders, Idol dramas, and comedies!

Cancelled at 14 of 16 episodes

Warning: no ending

The series was cancelled at 14 of 16 episodes and they did not wrap things up at all. They filmed the last episode as if the one after would happen, but because of bad ratings cancelled the show yet still sold it to Netflix.

I wish I had known this ahead of time because I cannot begin to tell you how frustrating it is not to get en ending. Nothing was resolved.

Otherwise, up to that point I actually really liked it, it was fun and cute and I liked most of the characters, their evolution and camaraderie was also quite nice to see.

K pop Extreme Survival is a lovely drama.
It has it's cute ways of causing you to fall in love with the actors and actresses.
The music is catchy, the acting is cool, and the story plot was good. I wanted to say great... but it sort of has it's flaws.

It's not boring, the songs will have you moving your feet, and you will be on the edge of your seat.
When I first saw this drama, I spoke to my TV as if I could be heard. I may have been a little impatient in certain episodes... but I'm glad that I waited.
This drama is good.

The Strongest K-Pop Survival/K-Pop The Ultimate Audition (2012) - other than the two main leads, and the 'old' actors in the drama, I felt like the others are lacking in terms of acting. The story itself is not original, I could see a Hana Kimi-Dream High in one. Dealing with kpop and their dream, the target audience is with teens and at that time while watching this, I was young so I did enjoy watching this. I did feel the chemistry between the two main leads and felt their chemistry. I was just sad that this drama ended in a rush, 14 episodes in total. They should have extended this one. The ending was disappointing.

A rushed ending to an otherwise fine show. I may be too harsh looking back at my experience with this show, but it just felt fine. It didn't feel like anything huge, and the "k-pop" angle of the plot was the part that interested me and kept me watching.

It's one of those "guilty pleasure" shows that you don't openly admit to watching right away, and you wouldn't think of it on your "list" of shows someone HAS to watch. But it was fun and fluffy and it was a nice time waster. Well worth a watch if you want a change of pace.

This really had em excited and I enjoyed watching it, no doubt about that. Only problem is the ending. I already noticed around 12th episode that only two left can't be enough but I thought "we'll see what they will do". In the end, it was a good ending but it wasn't really the ending. We have no idea what happened with Juniors or did manager Han really leave (I think she did but then again). No idea how the scandal about a girl being in boy group effected the company in the end. Also the M2 story is a bit sloppy. It's not boring or senseless but it has these holes...like unanswered questions.
It's only because of the ending that I gave it a point less.....everything else I really liked. It wasn't boring even once and I wanted to watch more and more. It keeps you going. But the ending was rushed and forced and that can't escape ones eye. Anyway, you will have a good time watching this, if you chose to, it's just that it will leave you with a feeling of "can I get another two episodes, please? Things are left unsaid.".
