As much as it is fantasy oriented it carries it pretty realistic and rational. I am in love with the main characters as they always surprise us with their actions, and the actors did an amazing job. The female lead Hee Jin is bubbly, fun, and I like that she was the person to trigger the romance between them. She was the one to make the first step and did it in unexpected situations, completely spontaneous. The lead, Kim Bang Doo, will probably immediately grow on you. Even though he was born and raised in a completely different century he is extremely quick and witty catching up with all the changes that happened in past 300 years.
As I previously mentioned, thanks to the amazing writers and actors this drama carries the crucial moments of sadness and pain extremely well. All the issues actually make sense, there is no 3rd person to mess with their heads, cause stupid incidents to drift the leads away.
Another thing I would like to mention ~their relationship. As Korean dramas are known to be extremely innocent with the whole woman/man expressing emotions, QIHM is very convincing in showing that leads are very much in love with each other and are passionate when we are at it. We get to watch a big number of romantic and (real) kissing scenes that most Korean dramas do not have even combined.
As for the OST, it is pretty solid. The two ballads, I'm Going To Meet You and Same sky, different time are probably two of my favorite songs from an OST as far this year, too. The lyrics are beautiful and extremely well written to stay true to the drama and express the emotions of the characters. Also, I always appreciate it when there are traditional instruments incorporated in the melody.
As for the re watching, I must mention that even before QIHM ended I found myself wanting to re watch previous episodes while waiting for the new ones, and I did so. I even watched the new ones RAW, failing to fight my impatience.

Story:
I think they mixed up everything pretty well: future/present, fiction/non-fiction, fantasy/reality, romance/action. It's a very sweet romance, no Bermuda triangles here (is what I think, to me the third man wasn't that threatening to our couple). Even though I did get bored at times (see intro) all that romance sure made up for it, I mean during this drama I was squealing, shrieking, yelling and crying. And laughing, of course, because there was a lot of humor and references to earlier episodes throughout the drama.
Acting/Cast:
I really liked the couple dynamics, they were really sweet and believable. I liked the secondary characters as well, there were no bitchy male-lead-grabbers around and the second man was straight out hilarious at times. The main actress made me laugh real bad, she was great, her silliness together with the mail leads 'I don't know' was great.
Music:
The music was nice and a good mixture of old and new, it suited the drama well.
Rewatch Value:
Since historical dramas aren't really my cup-a-tea, I probably won't rewatch it again, but I do think that it's worth the rewatching.
Overall:
If you like this kind of thing, you should definitely check it out. If you like to see an epic romance, then YOU should too.

Story: What I liked about the plot was the strong adherence of romance in the story. The romance was enticing, sweet and pure that I, too fell in love with the couple. The story offers a not-so original premise of time-travelling genre but undeniably there was an interesting twist on it. In my opinion, there's a little comedy on it and it mainly come from the male lead while he was adapting to the modern world, some from the manager of Choi Hee Jin and Kim Boong Do's assistant in the Joseon era, so if you're expecting hilarious scenes here, it's light but barely evident. There was a main plot to follow and because the male lead was smart, the wise tactics he made was quite fascinating and fun to watch. The opposites attract indeed., he's smart, she's not dumb but rather lacked knowledge., (that's according to him, how sweet!),still they come from different eras with different manners and belief that made a great deal on their chemistry. The ending was happy and passionate. Haha.
Acting /Cast: For the chemistry of the couple, hands down, its amazing, one would really thought it was for real ( I'm happy it is, btw). For Ji Hyun Woo, he looked genuine portraying smart scholar In Joseon era and innocent gal in the modern era. As for Yoo in Nah, her acting was good for someone who played main role for the first time. The supporting casts I admit lacks depth on their portrayals except for the King and Yoon Wol, in my opinion. In general, the acting wasn't that perfect, but watchable.
Music: The OST was sweet and pure, a perfect song for the couple's romantic moments.
Rewatch Value: I'm not fond of rewatching, but this is good if you want to rewatch the enchanting moments and great kissing scenes.
Overall: A delightful watch if you want something romantic-- in the very sense of that word; enveloped with a time-travelling twist :)

I watched this drama right after watching Secret Garden, which I consider a little masterpiece, and because of that I could not look at the main female lead as other than the silly and cute (but a little less intelligent) room mate of Gil Ra Im's. After watching a few other Korean dramas and dropping many, I realized that the quality of Secret Garden is in fact an exception and not the rule, which makes this little drama all together much better than I initially thought. At least I watched the whole of it without skipping any parts. The main lead was good. Smart, handsome and sexy. Kissing was also cute. SPOILER AHEAD
I have a problem with the ending, how could the battery in the cell phone last for a year?? Also, after the wonderful and full filling ending of Secret Garden, how can 30 sec of kissing make up for an hour of crying.
All in all, this a good drama. Just watch it before you watch Secret Garden.

Story:
The story seems pretty stock at first: time traveling man from the past falls in love with a woman in modern day Seoul (see Rooftop Prince). But you'll find that Queen In-hyun's Man takes it farther... with frequent jumps back and forth keeping our main couple apart (sometimes for weeks at a time) draws for great conflict, especially considering the method Boong Do needs to get to the future in the first place (watch to find out!). The story is always moving forward, and though it seems slow, those slow moments are filled with sweet fluff for our main duo.
Characters:
I cannot sing Yoo In Na and Ji Hyun Woo's praises enough. Because they had a relationship outside the drama for a long time, the chemistry between them was so electric I could see literal sparks fly between them. Boong Do and Hee Jin are so adorable together, with him being a sarcastic little bugger and she with her extroverted and openminded views. The way she teaches him about the modern day is so precious, and how he can figure that she's just pulling his leg but goes along anyway. You can see them fall for each other, and it makes their reunion in the end that much more meaningful.
Music:
I can have "I'm Coming to See You" stuck in my head for hours at a time, and every time it plays on the drama I have to sing along. In some dramas, the main OST can get so overplayed and it starts to get tiresome, but this one I never get tired of. The "Same Sky, Different Time" song is also heart wrenching.
Overall:
A compelling drama that leaves you satisfied, wanting more, and returning for more. Excuse me while I watch those fabulous kissing scenes a few more times... phew!

So here goes my review..
This drama is about ROMANCE. Hopeless romantics will never stop smiling watching this! I am not a hopeless romantic but I am caught up with this drama. This story tells us about falling in love, being in love and staying in love. Its all about LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!
Now the cast.. I have watched You In Na in most of the dramas and her role is always the Pretty Bitch that gives hardships to the lead role. However, in this drama she is the lead actress. and it suits her perfectly. Her pretty face and aura just fits to be Queen in Hyun. The lead actor on the other hand is not someone that I remember seeing on other dramas that I've watched. He's not the typical leading man for me. not a boy next door type like Lee Min Ho or the bad boy type just like Lee Jong Gi at first glance. BUT as the story goes on, you will fall in love with his smiles and his smart looking gestures and words. AND he's really tall! which made the female lead to tip toe when they kiss:)
The music is simple. Its not like you'll stop in the middle of watching and look for it on you tube. its just right for the scene (or I wasn't able to pay attention because of the scenes).
Rewatch value. Hmm I'm not the kind of person that rewatch dramas so don't pay too much attention to my rewatch rating :)
I started watching at 8am and finished just now at 2am. SOOOO if you want to feel being in love.. WATCH THIS!!!

In Short: Epic and well directed. The lead paring oozes chemistry, and the time travelling does set rules clearly (only to slightly go haywire with the final resolution). The emotional aspect of the final resolution is perfect, though.
Pros: A wonderful lead romance. Boong do is one of my favourite characters. And the “dim-witted” heroine wasn’t really that dim-witted compared to other similar k-drama heroines. Well directed.
Cons: Deus Ex Machina, some confusing narrative during time leaping, and why did they never talk about Boong do’s dead wife?
