Very Funny
First off, I’m a sucker for paranormal storylines. This series was awesome. It was funny, sad, and heartwarming in all of the appropriate scenes. I admit there are a few weak points in this version of the script, but not enough to distract you from enjoying the series. The cast was outstanding and did a wondaful job portraying their characters. The special effects and make-up was incredible.Random Notes:
This is the first Non-BL series I watched because Saint Suppapong is in it. I figured it couldn’t hurt because I already saw him in Love by Chance and Why R U. This series is where his acting skills shine. It’s great to see him in a series that has a great script.
I watched this series first before I watched the 2016 South Korean series (Bring It On, Ghost). I wanted to see the Thai version first because I didn’t want any preconceived ideas by watching the original.

A qualified saint's performance with all his charms is a plus of this series
However, many annoying characters that really don't need to exist and with a really bad acting were the two negative things that unforgivable.

Yes, this version is better than the original and YES A FACT!
No doubt this version is BETTER than the Korean one! Touching actors (Saint Suppapong, Orn Patchanan and Junior Kornrawich), story that holds you from beginning to end, one of the best drama ots ever!Let's also say that the ghosts are WAY BETTER than the original version (which I didn't like in the Korean version), many things in the Korean version that I didn't like so much were not in this version which made me love it even more!
Summing up everything I said:
- The drama is INCREDIBLE! If you haven't seen it because you don't like Lakorns, I think you'd better review what you're saying, because whether you like it or not, Thailand can do better than South Korea, that's a fact.
This YES version is better than the original and if you don't think so, I think you should review everything again and watch MANY more lakorns and leave aside the boring K-Dramas like the original version.

Remake has all the high and low points of original
This version holds its own compared to the original meaning that the viewer will see all the original high and low points of the original story. However, the finished product has a few rough edges. Some of the support acting (or perhaps the director?) was a bit weak. On the positive side a few of the subplots were improved over the original in particular the relationship with the big bad doctor and his female student and third in the love triangle with the two leads. The Korean version didn't develop this relationship whereas the Thai shows us the potential.Several rough edges came through which may be due to the many writers involved in the Thai version.
The lead's uncle withholds key information (that there is a demon stalking him) until suddenly he reveals a few morsels in front of the ghost girlfriend which struck me as odd. It moves the plot tension but didn't make sense to tell his nephew based on prior exposition, particularly because a few times in the same episode and before he told his shaman ally that he absolutely could not tell his nephew about this demon, and then he does...in front of a ghost he knows nothing about. It would actually have made a lot of sense to explain all about this dangerous demon much earlier.
A really rough edge occurs in an early episode when the Detective explains to his officers that he wants them to tail the doctor suspect. One officer does, and the doctor detects this, and leads the officer behind the building within a stone's throw of his clinic and parked car, and kills him. Then.....nothing. What happened to the body? Neither the Detective or any police officers note the absence of their colleague. That was just sloppy execution.
Something interesting that caught my attention was in the 10th episode at 4:30 the two leads are in a scene which was probably improvised where they are bantering over their dinner. The female lead speaks Thai followed by Japanese, and then a few English words. The difference in voice timber was striking. Her voice is very different in the three languages. I've heard this often among Japanese where both men and women will have totally different voices between English and Japanese.

Highly Recommended
Watched the Let's Fight Ghost korean version a long time ago. Was curious how the thai version would be and was pleasantly surprised - turned out better than the korean version. There are a lot of things done different.1. The subplots involving ghosts touches on a lot of societal problems- some of them were okayish and some of them really touch your heart. I almost wept at one of the ghost's interaction with his parents during funeral. Excellent CGI and tight directing in scenes.
2. Loved the chemistry between the protagonists. I was a bit on the fence about it during the initial episodes, but as the episodes progressed, both Saint and Orn's acting + chemistry peaked. Gave me butterflies at times uwu. And it doesn't hurt both are eye candies. Specially Saint.
3. Villan plot line story and execution is excellent.

Despite knowing the plot, everything seemed new and refreshing
As a person who already watched the Korean version, I was a little skeptical about watching this . But, this did not disappoint. My initial intent was to just watch episode 1 and drop , but it was way too intriguing and seemed fresh . (Can’t help but compare the two. ) The ghost scenes were much scarier, the chemistry between leads is adorable, the behind story of ghost was interesting and the focus was more on the plot than the leads which is very much appreciated
It is quite rare to have a hot and good looking antagonist , this series has it all . Must say that “ the defeat of the demon” seemed easy or rushed but that dint leave a negative impression on this series .
Lent and Junior’s character’s took this series to a whole new level adding the funny and inspiring quotient to it. These 2 with the leads felt like a wholesome ghost hunting team ( which was missing in the Korean version) .
The music at the end of every episode was soothing and kinda mysterious.
For those of you’ll who haven’t watched the Korean version and are in a dilemma about which version to choose. Just go for this (Thai version) . Better story , better chemistry, better CGI plus comedy .

as someone who hasn't watched the original, i personally enjoyed this version. the elements here are horror, thriller, friendship, comedy, romance and family. i must say that the cast did a decent job portraying their roles and didn't feel out of place. jeen, off, junior and leng together as a team grew on me and i actually liked seeing their charades when they're working on a case or exorcising ghosts. the dragged part was at the start when junior and leng were being told to have their club disbanded. the efficiency of story telling and pacing would've done better if those scenes were shortened.
dr. jade's actor did a solid job to creep the viewers out. the portrayal of a seemingly kind and animal-loving professor definitely was eery compared to what he really was up to. one thing i didn't understand was how his mom was able to face him after all those crimes he committed (he was possessed but still).
off and his uncle was super heartwarming to watch. the two almost made me tear up because of how much they cared for each other. off's uncle deserved to be happy as he was fighting all his life to protect his nephew so seeing his friend not make it was absolutely heartbreaking.
the romance didn't do much for me. off and jeen are cute together but i was getting sibling vibes for some reason. it almost felt forced and draggy. besides that, off and jeen undoubtedly have chemistry and it was seen during their ghost battles. the notable thing is that jeen isn't really portrayed as a damsel in distress. even though she needs help at times, we can see that she is strong willed and capable.
overall, this is quite a fun drama if you're looking for horror combined with heartwarming relationships.

I think this version is better
I know SAINT since his role in the BL series, and I have followed his acting development until now, and it's very good. SAINT is my single favorite actor from Thailand. He has a handsome and charming face, he is very charismatic, he is smart, hardworking, and he has become the CEO of his own agency. It was so amazing. I really admire her personality. In this drama, he also acts quite well, with his partner ORN, their chemistry is very good, I really like him.
I think Orn is the best partner for SAINT as long as I follow SAINT's career in acting. I'm also happy that until now [in 2023] SAINT and ORN are still good friends. I really love them together.
