The Phone of the Wind: Whispers to Lost Families (2016)

In a Japanese town devastated by the tsunami of March 2011 stands a booth containing an unconnected telephone. It's known as the Phone of the Wind. People come to "call" their loved ones who died in the disaster. Five years after the disaster, they can see their communities being rebuilt, but many are still struggling with their losses and can't move forward with their lives.
