They're both about a rich guy who finds himself in a small town but eventually goes back to his rich lifestyle. Both female leads really like money lol and the forbidden love story in both just tears your heart apart because you're rooting for the main leads to be together so badly.

This is similar because they both have to do with memory loss. In always have always will in high school he likes her but then forgets her and then falls for her again. In forget you remember love he falls in love with her but then forgets her and falls for her again.

Same ML. First time to watch him in this drama. You might want to check him out here, though I think the acting is almost the same.
