Based on a true story, this offbeat comedy follows the exploits of Captain Kuhio (Masato Sakai), a swindler who seduces women for money by pretending to be a US Navy captain. Despite being an obvious phony with his broken English and questionable navy uniform, Kuhio busily cons a string of women beginning with bento shop owner Shinobu (Matsuyuki Yasuko) and museum curator Haru (Mitsushima Hikari). He attempts to amass a total of 100 million yen from the women, but Shinobu's younger brother suspects something is up. Edit Translation
