The Imperial Coroner Episode 1
Coming from a family of coroners, Chu Chu enters the capital to take the Coroner Qualification Exam. She catches the attention of Lord Jing Yi and Prince Jin Yu for her blatant honesty and meticulous autopsy skills. Jin Yu is the Prince Commandery in charge of the Three Judicial Chief Ministries. His father, Prince Consort Xiao Heng was unjustly targeted by Eunuch Qin Luan.

The Imperial Coroner Episode 1 Reactions
My eyes was fascinated by Jing Yi, he must be the 2nd ML. ML also not bad at all. The way Jing Yi spit water out of his mouth when the FL asked ML to take off his clothes just ksjsjsjsjs. FL was very bold. So this was obviously a power struggle(?) idk what to call it but the eunuch an others in the palace were threatened by the efficiency of Prince Jinyu. Amazingly hilarious first episode. Very very good.

Character dynamics seem quite interesting, and you can already tell who's the main love interest. Love that the main lead is oblivious but smart about the prince lmaoo--although I think the outro gives out a lot of plot details and foreshadowing but we'll see!

The 1st episode gives a general view of what the setting of the drama is all about, the connections between the characters, and basically a bit of who they are. It's pretty decent and very refreshing. The female lead is so cute but she's so smart at the same time.The scene when during the injury inspection was so funny and CUTE! ♥

Went for it after searching for dramas under Mystery genre, and I am not disappointed at all. The story is simple and a bit fast paced, but the inverstigation part is really solid. Also the female lead, Chu Chu (Xiao Tong) is not only a good actor, but really cute as well.
