I am aware that this is a remake of a Korean drama and the production team did not have the liberty to change the plot as they please. I usually only watch remakes of Kdramas that I loved but I made an exemption for this one. I don't have a comparison with the original story line in this review. The storyline is not novel but I am a sucker for older woman-younger man romances (noona romance!). It did not have so much plot to offer compared to other noona romances that dealt with external factors of the relationship. It was more focused on how Najai would accept her feelings for Tofu. A bonus though is that I have unexpectedly liked Rachanu and her baby daddy. They looked so cute together. I wish we got to see more of that relationship too. Kan and Kiss shouldn't be back together. I was so happy she returned that necklace to dump him but I was wrong.
I wished they could've cut the chase about Najai's feelings and gave us more cute scenes with our leads and we see how their relationship progressed. It felt like they pushed everything on the last episode. But I still loved the slow-paced tone of the drama though. No major highs and lows. The opening score in every episode fits the show perfectly. It lowkey feels like a warm cup of coffee on a rainy day.
New always have had great chemistry with his co-stars. He and Pancake are good actors but they kinda lacked that burning chemistry I was expecting. This does not have so much fluff so if you're looking for something like that then this is not the drama for you.

Maybe I Need Romance Too...
So another review has already mentioned that the story/plot is nothing new.And to be honest there was nothing amazing about the characters or acting.
But there is something about New's dazzling smile and the cute little side stories that made me really enjoy this drama.
Rewatch value high-ish only to see all those cute New scenes again hahahahahaha
It's been a while since I watched something so quickly (I ended up finishing it in like 9 hours because I skipped a lot of P'Kan moments whoops), and it's also been a while since I had so many "awwww" reactions and moments.
I have to say, I really appreciated that even the "antagonist" characters had human elements and you could often empathise with their choices- that was a really nice touch, because it makes you critical about how you feel about the FL's choices (and other more "positive" characters!), too.
If you're a softie for cute lil romance, or in doubt whether your heart has frozen over like Najai's: then this is just what you need!

Below average
This drama it's the typical childhood Noona romance type of drama. But man, the script was badly written. The ML who was supposed to be the lead acted like a childish puppy and his role was basically nonexistent. He was just there to cook and hug and tell the FL "I love yous".The FL. she was good but the character development was bad. She was lost and I don't know how she ended up choosing the ML.
The second ML, who was actually the ML IMO, was the only character that had a decent development. He had his own plans, plots, relationships, etc and it kind of worked for him. The drama could have been solely his and not anyone else's.
Basically, a very absurd drama to pass your time. not recommended at all.

refreshing, interesting, well written plot
I’ve done watching it and it’s REALLY GOOD!! I love how everyone in their career age have their own love story plot going on and each goes through it with such maturity and open mind but still somehow gives you butterflies. The plots are really interesting because it really potraits how love may happen when you least expect it and how having relationships with someone can be such a game without you realizing it.
andd i also love the way everyone are passionate in their career ^^

I need courage more than I need romance but cute
This is sweet, not easy to watch easy to binge and a lovely bunch of cliches we have seen before that reminded me a lot of the c-drama My Fated Boy,The male lead is an adorable cup of hot coco about 90% of the time he is honest, straight forward but a bit to klingey and in need of a lesson in consent even if he does seem to be pretty honest and seem to get what love is, unlike every other person in this show. The female lead is an oblivious icicle scaredy cat about 90% of the time and may need a lesson or two in relaxation.
The side characters are lovely both friendship wise and with their own issues and stories, I did however get slight 3ed couple second male syndrome... That story was way underdeveloped and that guy was the hottest guy in the whole drama... I also liked the second female lead about 70% of the time which is pretty good even though her character was a bit oddly written and not very consistent...
All in all nothing special but entertaining and fun to watch.

Me encanto

leaves a fuzzy feeling
i'm writing this review more than 5 months since i first watched it (i was there since the first episode was released) so this review probably isn't the best when it comes to technical things??? but instead the feelings this drama gives you. i watched this drama solely for new thitipoom, but ended up absolutely obsessed when it was airing. something about the way he acts in cute roles is so? endearing??one thing i think you should take note of is the music. as ordinary(?) as it is, it kinda sticks with you??? it's very cozy and makes you feel at home. you anticipate while hearing the opening, you laugh and cry while hearing the ending (depending on the episode). the ending feels like the type to make you sway side to side, sitting down with one leg up by your chin??? this is probably way too specific but that's how it made me feel. almost 6 months after watching, the songs in this show still make me feel cozy. nostalgic. and it's great.
i loved tofu's chemistry with najai and they both are really good actors!! you can tell how they feel from one look at their eyes
i really liked the main storyline but i skipped almost anything to do with kan 😭 he kinda just felt like a static character while everyone around him was changing and simply did not appeal to me! the kan parts did drag on a bit but tofu decided to swoop in and make me cry instead so! it was a nice experience overall!

Nice and romantic, but a little bit dragging towards the end
I haven't seen the original Koreans series, so I will not make any comparison or reference to that. At first, I kind of liked this drama. Flashback of childhood memories usually brings a nice, sweet mood to a series. Here we get to see some glimpse of this big sister/little brother kinda of relationship between Najai and Tofu. I know this is supposed to be a romantic comedy, but I still wished that the relationship between the two remained like that. I somehow didnt like the character of Kan (such a boring personality), but secretly wished that Najai and Kan would finally make it to the end, and let Tofu realize that his feelings towards Najai?jubjang were only sentimental childhood feelings. Ah, I was wrong.I didn't quite like how the story goes. It seems like it was moving back and forth on the same issue (this is about work, partnerinh with Kiss). Another thing which annoyed me was having two love triangles happening at once surrounding the same couple (Najai and Kan). After episode 10, I skipped many scenes, and quickly moved the progress bar until I reached the end. However I must that the acting was superb. Newwie did his best as Tofu/Arlan_Xm while Pancake did so well portraying Najai with her unique, somewhat self-centered yet likable personalty. Namwaan Kanaporn also acted well as Kiss. Both Najai and Kiss had theie good and bad sides which were well portrayed in this series.
I also like the side stories of Maple and Mesa, as well as Priew dealing with her fling who happened to be her neighbour, but as I wrote earlier, I think the storyline was weak, or too cliche, however much I could still bear to watch it untuk the end

Warm and cosy
Just finished watching and this left me with a warm fuzzy feeling in my heart. I already feel like rewatching and this has become one of my top 5 dramas ( the other 4 are K Dramas)There is nothing deep or tense or dark... Just a sweet easy story to get you through a rainy day. The plot is pretty straight forward as it's just about the FL learning to love and open her heart to the gorgeous ML. Will she have the courage and say I love you and overcome the age difference. That's the storyline but the 16 episodes went really quickly and I love the older woman younger guy or Noona romances as they are known as in K dramas. I loved the chemistry between Pancake and New and I ended up wanting a bf and romance just like him with her. The additional story lines and secondary characters with their own love stories were really interesting too esp Priew with her baby daddy . It's great that the females were strong career women in their own right. The rivalry between Kiss and Pancake was an additional story line and these strong ladies had their own dynamic which was another great element of this drama. I loved Kiss's wardrobe and style. I did find myself getting annoyed when the female lead dated Kan but I guess that was part of her journey to understand what true love was.Oh and got mention how cute the child actors were as the young Tofu and Jubang.
And I did get annoyed with the FL a few times and shout wake up and just open your eyes... see this sweet loving hottie right in front of your eyes. It's hard to like her in the beginning but that's the point of the this drama... How her character evolved. There isn't too much worry though as luckily the end was happy and predictable like nice hot choccy.

Like:
1. I like that Najai is strong independent woman who looks at things logically. It creates less drama in life i guess.
2. But I also like how Tofu is inducing a bit of emotion to Najai because apparently she's too much sometimes.
3. I also like how Tofu approach her with clarity with his feelings but doesn't force himself too much.
Dislike:
1. I don't like how dual Najai is. One moment she is hugging Tofu but when Tofu tries to hug her she's like "No"
2. On how immature the 2 rival girls. It seems to me that Tofu is more mature.
3. On how unrealistic Najai character sometimes, like seriously you can't even give a little sympathy to a problematic coworker? And you are not friends outside work though you've worked closely for years? Maybe it is just I.

I watched this drama mainly (solely) for New Thitipoom. I would watch anything for Newwie because I have an unhealthy amount of love for him. And roles like the one in INR, Arlan X, fit him perfectly, the parts of sweet, loving and kind men, paired up with pain-in-the-neck sourfaces.I really loved Newwiee's chemistry with Pancake Khemanit who played Najai, the love of Arlan's life. She was very convincing as a cold, borderline cruel businesswoman who only lived for her work and never went out of her way to be kind to anyone, not even herself - until Arlan came along.
So yes, I really loved their storyline but I only skimmed Kan and Kiss' and i mostly skipped the other two pairs, mainly because I already knew what would happen with them from the original Kdrama and I didn't find them all that interesting there either, so...
One thing I wish this drama had done? I wish it had given the story its own little twist, at least something, in some way, to keep the viewers - even those who already knew the original - on their toes. But it felt a bit like they just re-shot the original, almost word for word. Too bad.
