Can't stand it.
As a Filipina and someone who loved the Korean original drama, this Ph adaptation is not worthy.At first it was okay, I had fun on how they did scenes somewhat like the Korean drama with Pinoy twists. I thought it's going to be okay. But afterwards I started to skip a lot of scenes and now I can no longer stand it that's why I'm dropping it.
I just can't finish it because of Maxine's character (Dr. Kang Mo Yeon in Korean drama). Her character in this Ph adaptation is so stuck up. I love Dr. Kang in the original Korean drama but this adaptation did her dirty. Her character is consistently dumb. I hate how most of her decisions are self centered and how she always puts a lot of people in danger. Anyway, I just can't finish this because of that. The Dr. Beauty that I know is so different from her. I know it's an adaptation and that the story will be different but I just can't... idk!
The scene that made me drop this out of everything is when Maxine lied to Lucas and then help the rebel.
Could have been better in many ways.

Just couldn't stand the acting
Horrible, No hate to the cast, but the cast definitely needs to take acting classes. It was just way too much. Overacting in a few scenes could be neglected sometimes, but the series started with overacting itself. DOTS original version had my love all the time, and then too, I told myself, I'm not goona compare these 2 series, but I just couldn't help but imagine how much worse the series could get, and the way I thought it got even worse than that. The storyline is definitely a masterpiece, no doubt about that. But the execution was what the cast, including the directors, lacked.Just don't waste your time watching this series; rather, rewatch the original one and be happy.I hope to see the cast in their next project with their improved foam.
PS: I didn't talk about the story because we all know the flow of the story, so rather I talked about the cast. If you are new and wanna know the storyline, feel free to jump on the K version of DOTS. You will love it.

do not spoil my love for DOTS (original) with this crappy shit
the original is one of my favorite dramas. re watched that at least 10 times till date. thought maybe it would be brilliant to watch it under someone else's production and maybe a different portrayal but that was a horrible decision
now going back to binge watch my yoo si jin and Kang Mo Yeon aka song jong ki and song hye kyo, and their epic love story in the Korean drama. if anyone want to watch this crappy drama i suggest you re think your decision
p.s. given story a 10 because because the original plot line is fabulous
