Lie After Lie (2020)

Both are big suspense dramas and both the same concept of deceiving your partner in a way. Also, the main characters have quite the past.

Both the Female Leads lead kinda similar lives from serving their sentence to the child-birth.

Similar story with regards to being falsely accused and loosing her child while in prison
YB is better than LAL, in my opinion, but too long (100+ episodes).
Great acting in both drama.

Though story is quite different it gives similar vibe.
Strong FL against a rich and powerful opponent.
Both the Fls loved the kids dearly and wanted to protect them.

The story of a mother who would do anything for her child. Both of these moms meet their children after around a decade of separation.

"Hi bye, mama" is about a loss, a mother losing her child. Not for the fact that she can't touch, or she can't be with her child, but for the fact that for your child, you are not her mother anymore. The fact that you gave birth to her, doesn't change the fact of your absence in your child's life, and "Lie after lie" portrays exactly that. That your absence, even if it's not your fault, changes evrything.

Story little different than lie after lie ..
But same thing is mother's feeling for her child,
Fight for her child.

Both are from the chaebol community. Both dramas have a similar genre: family drama, crime, mystery, and a bit of romance.
But in Graceful family, the daughter in law was the one murdered.

the stories start similar, both are wrongfully accused of killing their spouse and both don't remember it (or LAL is not telling the full story for now) and both are parents that get separated from their kids + "rich" people are out to get them

It's not really similar but the female leads are both suspects of their husband's death and they both have children who they love dearly.

In both shows:
> The FL tries to flee from her abusive husband. In LMI she succeeds, while in LAL she ends up in prision.
> The FL loses her daughter and strives to recover her.
> The mother-in-law is treated as an adversary.
> The ML is nice, helpful, successful and divorced.

Both dramas revolve around a female protagonist seeking revenge against those who have wronged her.
Both series offer the protagonists a chance to rebuild their lives and seek justice.
Both dramas explore the destructive power of lies and deceit, with characters facing significant consequences due to the actions of those they trust.The relationships between the main characters and their spouses are central to both stories. These relationships are marked by betrayal, deception, and ultimately, a struggle for redemption.Both dramas feature strong female leads who take control of their lives and fight for justice. They seem similar but both take a different path, although I don't know if she's innocent in lie after lie. It is still airing but hopefully its good.
