Serizawa Tatsumi, the charismatic owner of a popular ramen chain which gets long queues day after day, plays a leading role in the world of ramen. She is also a food consultant who saves ramen shops facing difficulties. One day, her subordinate Natsukawa Aya discovers a female customer who has not touched a new ramen dish. The young woman criticises the flavour of the ramen that Tatsumi created, calling it lacking. Aya is furious. But this customer has come for an interview with the company, and declares to Tatsumi that she can enhance the ramen dish even though she is an amateur when it comes to ramen which she ate for the first time half a year ago. Reviews
..THE LIGHT SHOYU RAMEN STORY..
..and the dried ayu story too...
..this is the second time I've watch Suzuki Kyoka (first on the Lion no Oyatsu), with very different role..
.
..this is a company genre story - a ramen planning consultant to be specific, where they help many ramen customers on how they make their shop longer with a hope that they still expecting a customer to come - from the outer and inner design of the shop, the price, and obviously the taste..
.
..there is a new hire from this planning consultant who has a broad knowledge on ramen then she meets the owner of the company..
.
..better to watch how this duo and the other casts to get along..
.
..it is kinda long to watch, though I am not a fan of company genre but since it focus on food and just a little of funny scenes you won't get bored because of some infos you may learn about on this Japan's pride food..
.
..and as the story goes on - even a battle will happened too. . .so better to watch for what it is..
.
..and yes, as a fan of japanese food, you will enjoy and taste how this series go..
For the love of Ramen
The FLs are well detailed, deliciously unique characters that keep intriguing you and you can’t help but fall in love with them. This Jdorama is about a Ramen consultant company and their pursuit to solve their customers problems. Each episode is as delicious as the ramens shown, finger smacking. There is interest throughout from start to end. No scene is a filler. Each minute is placed with delicacy. While one FL comes of age, the other FL has a mystery aspect to her and an unforgettable vibe to her. This is indeed an irresistible jdrama.
