Episode 2 11 September 2023This is ramping up. First the big fight on the plains where Says and the Arthdal Army have the advantage but the have understand Eunseom own guerrilla tactics that he has learned through his experiences fighting with the forest people. It is a mighty battle fought out in the open. Says thinks he has the upper hand in numbers but Eunsoem strategies are working with the help of Kanmoreu his horse. The horse orders the opposition horses to unhorse their riders and follow him. So that is what happens. All the horses follow Kanmoreu who leads them away from the battle.Eunsoem goes the attack Says but doesn’t kill him.The Doctor and her sister Nun Byeol have been separated . The Doctor Chae Eun, the young woman who helped Eun Seom upon his arrival in Arthdal, turns out to be a member of the White Mountain Tribe, which controls the religious rites of Arth. She is the daughter of Ha Rim, a doctor in the tribe. She is now working in the Arthdai soldiers camp tending to the wounded.The Neanderthals have appeared in the series. Neanderthals had been enemies of humans since the beginning of the story, leading to a sneak attack that wiped out almost every member of their species. In the show's context, only a few Neanderthals are still alive, which brings us to these two characters: Yiseuroobeu (Song Jong Ho) and Rottip (Choi Ro Woon).They saved Chat Eun when she is slipping down a cliff when she was following assassins sent by Taeaha to kill Saya.Political upheaval is happening in Arthdai between the Queen, the King and Tanya. It is all to do with slaves and Tanya father who knows the secret of iron and how to make swords lighter and stronger. Yeol Son [Tan Ya's father] has been promoted by the King. She fears for her father and worries about what will happen next.The Queen Tae Al Ha, the daughter of the Hae Tribe Chief, and Ta Gon were childhood sweethearts. However, despite her vow to make Ta Gon king and remain by his side forever, things changed at the end of the first seasonYang Cha [Tan Ya's protector] has been freed from his never speaking punishment by the King and may now speak….but he has a special relationship with Tanya where they can read each others thoughts. He is a Daekan warrior who is adept at using bronze weapons. He always wears a mask over his mouth, as he is serving a punishment of silence for something that happened in the past. Ta-gon gave young Yang-cha a secret order in the past. Ta-gon also reveals to Yang-cha his true feelings. Within the Daekan troops, he is reputed to be comparable to Mu-baek, seen as the best Warrior of the next generation.Out in the war zone. Mu Baek [Arthdal general] organises a meeting between the two brothers who have never actually met face to face before. Mu Back is an extremely skilled Daekan warrior, reputed to be the best. He is a highly efficient swordsman. Older brother of Mugwang, he is kind and compassionate. He wishes for peace and equality of all those in Arthdal.At the meeting the two brothers eye each up and down and share past experiences of dreams of each other. They are both wary of each other. Saya seems secretive and has his own agenda. The children of Hattiti assassins from the White Mountains Secret Assassins Organisation attacked them.They are in a perilous situation now. The shack is on fire. It is scary.
