Ayumu passes an entrance exam of a high school with help of Yuko, her best friend, but Yuko fails and blames Ayumu for her failure. Broken heart from the broken friendship, Ayumu shuts her up and gives up making new friends in high school. But Manami, the most popular girl in her class, is more than happy to accept her as her friend, so she starts to enjoy her new life. But when Manami misunderstands that Ayumu is trying to steal her boyfriend, her insidious bullying to Ayumu begins. Both are Japanese language dramas that show a highschool girl being taken advantage of and mistreated by others. They also show a boy facing an oppressive father.

Both dramas handles serious issues such as rape and suicide. Both gave me the same kind of feeling but MARS is somehow deeper and has romance in it. LIFE on the other hand is a drama about bullying in school.

Both dramas are about serious real life themes. Both stories are basically revolving around extreme bullying, rape, mental instability, life and death. Kingyo Club includes a bit more romance than life does though. Both dramas will keep you watching non-stop as nearly each episode is a cliffhanger.

Both are pretty dark themed dramas about school bullying. In both dramas the main lead tries to change something with her positive attitude. While LIFE handles the bullying between students Angry Mom takes it even further. Both also have some comedic elements to relieve the dark theme of the dramas. Totally recommend both dramas !

Both films show a highschool girl who is pretty and popular and totally psycho! She is involved with gangs and treats people like playthings. School bullying is also involved.
