It has somewhat same plot. And I recommend to watch this bcoz when you watch you will get to know there are many similarities between these two.

Both dramas have a FL who is posing as another girl which causes her to become involved with the ML. Both MLs seem cold at first but become very devoted and loving with the FL.

In both dramas, there's a bride switch, the rich men accidentally marry the wrong girls who are also very poor but later fall in love with them.

This is a remake of this drama. A story that follows two couples who mistakenly find themselves in a marriage they never expected and gradually grow in love and trust over time. FL finds herself forced to marry ML. ML is bullied by his family and FL defends him, causing him to fall in love with her. ML pretends to be weak, while hiding a secret identity.

Both are historical dramas in which the poorer FL marries the richer ML in an arranged sort of marriage. The MLs live with their parents and family. Both MLs initially have a disability (blindness vs. mental disability) which they later recover from. Both FLs doubt the ML's love (either due to his memory loss or secrets about her identity). Both dramas have a similar tone and feel.
