Nine years after the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, two murder cases take place in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture. The two victims are assumed to have been murdered by the same person. Both of the victims were tied all over their body and starved to death. Yasuhisa Tone emerges as a suspect in the murders. Yasuhisa Tone was just recently released from prison. In his past, he committed arson and injured someone to protect his acquaintance. Detective Seiichiro Tomashino discovers a common link between the two victims and chases after Yasuhisa Tone. Great acting from the casts
I was going to rate 8/10 while watching this movie, but after it reached the end of the story, I changed my mind and give this movie a 9/10. Brilliant acting from the casts. The story was great but the flow wasn't too smooth, sometimes it got too dragging it makes me sleepy during the movie. But overall, it was a nice movie with a nice story plot. Recommended for those who's interested in human-drama type of movies.Sato Takeru, Abe Hiroshi and Kiyohara Kaya delivers the most in this movie. Eita was great too, but his screen time is not too long. I didn't expect the plot twist at the end! Really enjoyed this movie.
