I loved it! It was so good... I just wish it had been longer because it was that darn good!!
Also, I'd love it if there was a spin off or sequel so that the Goblin Queen could get her happy ending, too. I adored her. Such a great character. Total bad a$$. I'd for sure watch more of this for her. She, too, deserves happiness after so many years.
All in all, if you're in for something fun, cute, and breezy to watch after a long it wrenching angsty drama, this bite sized drama is for you!!

A Snack, Not a Meal.
Kiss Goblin is a peculiarly short romcom. And a pleasant one, what there is of it. 12 episodes is okay, would that more dramas be tightly focused enough to finish in 12-16 episodes instead of stretching out to 20 or beyond by piling on improbable twists of the plot. But combine that with ~ 12 minutes per segment, there's just not enough time to raise KG above lightweight status. The basic plot premise is fine. There's certainly similarities to "My Roomate is a Gumiho", right down to the magic beads passing between the mythical being and humans. And as Kiss Goblin came out a year earlier, credit KG gets with originality. The characters are typically K-drama attractive, and I found the ending with a bit of a twist quite satisfying. That said, this mini-series felt like a real missed opportunity to me. What of these 10 women to be kissed ? How did the goblin queen happen to select them ? What were THEIR stories ? We get a glimpse of what might have been on the second or third kiss when goblin Ban Sook asks the woman why she keeps a photo of her ex. But otherwise it's a matter of sketchily grinding through the assignments (if that can be said of kissing beautiful women), crossing kissed lips off on the status board followed by a few minutes of Ban Sook having assimilated their particular emotion.
If you're looking for some appealing filler between meatier dramas, Kiss Goblin may well satisfy that. But otherwise, viewers may be better served investing the ~ 2 hours in starting something more substantial.

Watchable, if you are REALLY bored!
This is a watchable show. There is enough cuteness to provide some decent entertainment, but there is not much else there. The admittedly talented actors were more than enthusiastic enough, but that's arguably not enough in this format. Then again it's difficult for me to understand what's the point of a 2 hours long romcom to be presented this way. If I look at it like a movie - It should be fair, since I watched the entire thing in one sitting - it does not hold up. I could pick any random Hollywood romcom, or even just a random vampire flick and Kiss Goblin would fall short. On IMDB I would rate this as 4/10. The writing is weak and jittery. The production quality is decent, so it's more than a little sad that they could not find a writer to match that. I mean it shouldn't be that difficult to fill up 2 hours with some semi creative ideas, right? On a more positive note, it's nice that the writer had no time to further ruin things by focusing on the love triangle, or Sageuk flashbacks..

In "Kiss goblin" we know the story of Ban Sook (Bae In Hyuk), a goblin who wants to turn into a human. To make this happen, Ban Sook needs to kiss ten girls who the Queen Goblin (Lee Jung Min) determined. At each kiss, Ban Sook wins a new human emotion, and this makes his journey more and more complicated. In the middle of his mission, he meets Oh Yeon Ah (Jeon Hye Won), a college girl who works in a pub to pay for her studies. Yeon Ah finds out the secret identity of Ban Sook and decides to make an alliance to help him with his mission and be helped by him with her rent and domestic activities. We have twelve episodes approaching 10 minutes each and a funny story that makes you finish everything in the same day.
Starting with Ban Sook, I have to say that I love the character and Bae In Hyuk's performance. The way how he starts with no emotions and begins to show little by little in the following episodes is very fun and interesting. In Hyuk is very cute and plays this role exactly how he needs to. Oh Yeon Ah is also very captivating. She is a soft character and how Ban Sook says "A very cool girl". Jeon Hye Won is a young actress, but I think this girl is already a big promise to Dramaland. I enjoy her cameo in "True beauty" as a bully, and I think this versatility is the beginning to make a good career. I will cheer for her! The chemistry of the main couple is also pretty good!
About the plot of the Exorcist and the Queen Goblin... Maybe we will have a season two here? I think that will be interesting, but the point is they do their job as support roles. I think may the Exorcist could be a little more "persistent" in his mission to kill the Goblin, but I think that was a script choice to make things easier and fun. The scenes when he chases the Goblin and Yeon Ah keeps blocking him made me laugh a lot. The end is pretty predictable but doesn't leave any lacks.
As a relief and a break in heavy themes, I think this mini-drama is a pretty good one! (★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★) If you want something fun to pass your time without compromise with another extensive drama, go for it!
See you soon!
XOXO, Mari.

Its actually good!! And also a short one!!
*THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS SO PLEASE READ AT YOUR OWN RISK*This is the first time i am writing a review so kindly dont mind if i make any mistakes.
Storyline:- Its basically on our male lead who is actually a Goblin but wants to become a human being. For that, he needs to kiss 10 girls and each time he kisses a girl.. He gains a new emotion. Him and the female lead then sign a contract and stay together due to some reasons. And start falling in love with each other. Towards the end comes a twist and then we see how our leads deal with it. The drama also consists of some other side characters like the goblin queen and exorcist who have their own story.
Since its a web drama, so we cant expect much. Yet this drama actually was not disappointing.
The storyline is actually good for a web drama. I mean its good for a one time watch. Especially if you want a short break from thriller or horror dramas maybe. The ending is not bad. And its a short web drama so one can easily finish it quickly.
Acting:- I personally did liked the acting. The acting is not bad. And hopefully it wont disappoint you.
Rewatch Value:- I rarely rewatch dramas. But i may rewatch it again if i run out of dramas.
My Final Ratings:- I give it a 7.5, as i rarely rate web dramas more than 8. Yes you can watch it if you want to take a break from your CW dramas. It does contains some usual cliches like living together, losing memories and all. But overall its not a bad watch.

Short and Sweet!
Ten-ish minutes, only 12 episodes. It could even earn an overall 9 for being a sweet little story wrapped up so nicely and quickly. The production level was honestly good for such a small project. This is obvious, given how much time they have to cover ground, but the story doesn't drag, with FL and ML figuring out each other out rather quickly. There's some side drama/plots aside from the Kiss Goblin having to kiss 10 humans and acquire 10 emotions, all done with good pacing. Some minor "negatives" for me that I saw the FL in True Beauty first, where she plays the bully role. She's honestly perfect for the bully role, and I had to try hard to see her as anything else. The ML has a bit of a lisp which was a little distracting sometimes.
Still, I bought into the story, and they even allowed for *some* growth in there as the FL began realizing that she was developing the feels. The ML acquiring emotions was full of hilarious (like feeling joy for the first time). The re-watch value is high because it goes by so quickly and there were some adorable little moments in there.

A good drama for times where you don't have much time.
This series passed very quickly...I didn't have a lot of expectations as I've never seen such a short series, but I have to say I like it. Unfortunately in my opinion the story couldn't really go into depth, what is clear because it's a very short drama.
It's a very fresh series that you can just watch from time to time.
I really like the idea of the drama, of course it would be even better if the story line was slower.
On the whole, a good series that you can watch in between if you don't want to watch drama with a long story line or you don't have the time to. You just have to consider that everything comes very suddenly.

Short sweet and crisp
This was quick watch and instantly brightened my mood !i have noticed usually in K dramas there are 1 or more characters that would annoy and anger you , which is actually the reality but more so it becomes intolerable when the lead characters are such , specially the FL. have watched so many dramas now , where the FL is an annoying character , but still she is victimised and loved by all !
The best thing I loved about this drama was the FL !!!! Hands down she is one of the FL characters I have seen soo far !! Loveable and cool ! She doesnt plays the victim card , accepts things, does not have misunderstandings without discussing on them ! Having such characters can make u learn from then and have a bright mood while watching it !
I have given it an 8 star , coz it was nothing out of the box , we have seen such stories before ! But it was very much likeable . Just go for it !!

..acting of both the actors are preety good
but i still think that they show male lead too naive...he is 170 year old ...so don,t think that part fit with his age
about FL ....first her acting is pretty amazing ..as well her looks..she is perfect for this role...
our queen have very short screen time but having great impact on hour mind...and storryline

What more can you ask for? I didn't realize each episode was around 10 - 12 minutes in length, but I loved every minute of it.
A girl who is heartbroken due to her first love cheating on her - losing hope in humanity and love,
A goblin who will do anything to become a human, even if it means kissing 10 strangers and learning a new emotion each time.
Together, he helps her heal and fall in love again, while she gives him the one thing he's always wanted (what it is like to have someone close and not be lonely).
This is a very simple and cute story with a well-written script. I loved both characters from the beginning and as the story progressed, I loved how mature the female was being and realistic - a girl who didn't believe in betting her future on fate but instead believed in herself what opportunities were presented.
I really did like the ending and honestly, it was extremely cute how things played out.

A brief examination of love and romance.
Do you have a love-hate relationship with the wrist grab trope? Are toxic male leads the bane of your drama-watching existence, their every interaction making you want to shake them for having the emotional maturity of a toddler? This web series subtly dissects the formula of a typical romance kdrama by having the male lead reflect on his behavior through the lens of each emotion he picks up along the way, applying what he learns to the relationship he cultivates with the female lead. In the process, he has to face the consequences of his actions and choose to do better instead of falling into the trap of many male leads who act solely on their emotions as though being aggressive is somehow romantic. As a result, many common tropes are subverted both for comedy and for character growth. I have a personal appreciation for the way the wrist grab is used twice as a form of commentary on the trope.
Overall, Kiss Goblin is a beautiful exploration of human emotions and a fantastically wholesome romance! We love to see honest depictions of emotional health! It's all about that accountability, baby!

The thing with this one, though, is that it's a fantasy show. Most short series like this are slice of life genre, so the plot doesn't need much development or explanation, but since this one has fantasy elements I really missed some more world building. I actually think, in this specific case, the writers could've gone for a full 16 one hour episodes drama, since there are many things that could've been explored better. Eitheir way, it's still pretty good as it is.
