“Rent of 13,000 yen but the first month is free. No deposit or fee.” Lured by these exceptional terms, the six residents chose the dilapidated apartment building ‘Tefutefuso’. However, there is naturally a catch to this sweet deal. There are ghosts living in each of the six apartments. Although the residents are stunned by this fact, they gradually establish emotional bonds with the ghosts.
