Honestly, I was really impressed by the teams…

Honestly, I was really impressed by the teams dances. They're only getting better as the season progresses (of course, obviously) and there are some all time greats in this episode (Wallace Chung's teams' phoenix dance being a clear standout). The eliminations, like eliminations in any reality show, are relatively excruciating but mostly because it seems like they legitimately feel pretty bummed to be sending folks home. I might be biased towards liking Yibo, but it seems like his routines (both the ones he's involved with directly and the ones from the dancers on his team) are the best? I'm just very impressed with them overall. Lay's team this episode turned in two very confusing routine, Wallace's team probably turned in two of the cleanest routines overall, and Jackson's routines are frankly all over the place in terms of creativity and delivery.

Exciting and Painful.

This was another cruel episode. Every loss of round results in 2 members leaving. There are 2 rounds per team and they face off one opponent's team. That means, if you lose 2 rounds, you can lose half your team.

The opening dances were really good. Wallace really brought his A game to the table. They utilized him a lot better in the dance, and featured him quite well. Yibo's dance group was so in sync. This was a vast improvement from before. Jackson changed his style and his presence was felt quite well Honestly, it's a lot better. Lay, wasn't featured in his group, and honestly, that's what was missing. Every other dance highlighted the captain and it worked. I did not understand his groups dance as well...

Favourite dances:
-Phoenix (wallace's team) - was captivating, and in sync.
-All of Yibo's teams - they were really well done - powerful moves and in sync. All made my heart pound.
-Jackson's group ethnic fire dance (so in sync/cohesive and powerful).

I did not understand any of Lay's team dances. They were trying to be artistic, but I don't get it.

I'm glad no one got burned by the fire.. Why did they have to make the stage so dangerous?

I'm finding it harder and harder to watch the elimination rounds T_T
