Lin, a young girl with a special sense, broke up with her boyfriend and become tired of the big city. She heads to the faraway resort in the North alone during the so-called "Low Season". She is confident that she won't have to meet the 'tourist' that will get on her nerves. However, she is met by a group of 'weirdos' partying there. They came from all walks of life and come to heal their wounds during the same low season period. Lin is joined by Put, a young screenwriter who writes a ghost horror story. Both join forces in adventures, running to get away from ghosts and well - kinda fall in love. But is it love? Lin can see ghosts but can she see Love for what it is? Reviews
Honestly this was such a great blend of the genres, there was enough humour, ghostly presence and love in the air to satisfy my cravings.
I do find that these particular 3 genres don't always work together, however this film showed great creativity and weaved them all into a wonderful story telling film; which I'd happily rewatch again in a heartbeat.
I thought the cast selection was great, I cannot imagine anyone else portraying the 2 main leads, I thoroughly enjoyed watching them together on screen.
I also really enjoyed the OST, the music just seemed to make the moments more special and was used for just the right scenes.
I highly recommend this great film, especially for those that have watched 'Spellbound.'
