Haikara-san ga Toru (1987)

Hanamura Benio, a transgressive girl, was sent to the house of Count Ijuin as an apprentice in the spring of Taisho's 7th year. There, she met a young man in a military uniform, Lieutenant Ijuin Shinobu, through her mishap. Little did she know that Shinobu was going to be her future husband, an arranged marriage decided by Shinobu's grandmother and Benio's grandfather. Shinobu genuinely loved Benio while she was resistant to the arranged marriage. Despite herself, Benio soon fell in love with Shinobu.
